We got great value for our money with a fantastic room and amazing views of the city. The hotel's location was super convenient and the staff treated us so well.

The breakfast option could have been better, but everything else was perfect.

The hotel is located in a vibrant area with a short walk to various shops and restaurants. However, parking can be expensive. The room was comfortable, clean and modern with friendly staff. The bed was comfortable and had an automatic curtains system. The penthouse had a beautiful view of downtown and the mountains.

Some guests had issues with their room facilities such as a noisy A/C unit and a broken showerhead.

The staff went above and beyond to upgrade my room to a penthouse suite on the 12th floor with stunning views and a balcony. The picture windows in two directions were breathtaking. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved the Aveda products in the bathroom. The breakfast each morning was delicious, far better than what you typically find at other hotels. The location was perfect, right downtown and close to everything. The free wifi was fast and easy to access, which was important for me as I was on a business trip. The gym on the property was a great convenience, and I appreciated the fantastic desk chair in my room, as I spent several hours working there. I highly recommend this hotel.

There was one minor issue, the hotel's procedure for recovering lost items was a bit frustrating. When I realized I had left my laptop charging cord and phone chargers behind, I called the hotel and was directed to an online form to report the loss.
