The shuttle service was exceptional, taking us anywhere within 3 miles. Convenient and easy compared to other properties. The hotel's location allowed us to walk to Deep Ellum and the Arts District. The included breakfast was worth it, with a variety of options to choose from. The new beds provided a fantastic night's sleep. The hotel's central location made it easy to walk to downtown locations, including the America Airlines Center and the Sixth Floor Museum. The DART station was also close by, allowing us to explore other areas of the city. In-room hot tea option was a nice touch.

The hotel was great, staff was friendly, and rooms were very clean. The room smelled clean and was well-kept. The location was excellent for our visit. The bed was great with good pillows. The bathroom was also great. The lobby was clean, bright, and welcoming. The staff, including the front desk, doormen, and waiters, were all fantastic and provided excellent service. The restaurant, menu, and bar were all good. The room had all the necessary amenities, including plenty of towels and toiletries.

I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo Downtown for a convention. The two queen beds were placed across the room from each other, which was a nice touch. The separate toilet and shower area with a door dividing it from the vanity and mirror was convenient for multiple people sharing the room. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in and checkout a breeze. The overall cleanliness of the facility was impressive, with noticeable updates throughout. The hotel is easily accessible and centrally located, making it convenient for various travel purposes.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Text: Our stay at this A+ hotel with its exceptional Southern hospitality left us truly impressed. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were incredibly attentive and helpful, making us feel like valued guests. The rooms were modern and well-equipped, and we appreciated the luxurious Aveda bath products. While breakfast was not included, we had no problem finding nearby dining options. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring downtown Dallas, with plenty of attractions within walking distance. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. a top-notch experience that exceeded our expectations.

I was initially concerned about parking, but the valet service was fantastic. They took care of everything, and the car was safe. The room was spacious, clean, and had an excellent view of the city. The bed was comfortable, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. I highly recommend Indigo.

This place is amazing! The location is perfect, right beside a park which is great for relaxing and enjoying nature. The staff is friendly and helpful, they provide great customer service that made our stay incredibly pleasant. The room amenities are top-notch, they offer everything you need including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a refrigerator. We loved the free toiletries that were available, too. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a sitting area and dressing area. We also felt safe as there was an in-room safe for our valuables.

I would definitely recommend this place to my friends without hesitation.
