My room was small but clean, and I appreciated the convenience to the rental return. the accessible room situation was disappointing—overbooking shouldn't happen there. Parking might get tricky on busier days, and I'd love to see more eco-friendly initiatives in place. Would definitely stay again!

The noise in this place was unbearable—between the constant roar of the bathroom fan that didn't turn off and the clunky fridge, I barely slept a wink. It turned a quick layover into a nightmare. Total waste of my money!

The room was small but very comfortable. The bed was plush, providing a good night's sleep. Temperature control was easy, allowing for a perfect atmosphere. It was reasonably quiet, which was surprising given the proximity to the airport. Free, fast Wi-Fi was a nice touch, making it convenient for quick work. the bathroom door didn’t shut properly, creating an awkward gap. The faucet was outdated; water sprayed in odd jets. A separate light for the toilet area would improve functionality. The TV was tricky to navigate, lacking a clear guide. it had cozy elements mixed with some minor issues.

The staff was exceptionally helpful with our luggage, making our stay comfortable.

This hotel is just a 5-minute shuttle ride from the airport, making it fantastic for weary travelers like myself, and I was able to easily walk there in about 10 minutes downhill without having to cross any streets, which I really appreciated after a long flight; additionally, I enjoyed the comfortable and clean room, convenient USB ports, and a great coffee and tea machine, but the facility does feel a bit worn down in some areas.

I must mention that the heating in the room was a bit outdated and didn't work efficiently, leaving the room a bit chilly at times. The air conditioning unit was also quite loud and had to be turned off to get some peace and quiet. I was pleasantly surprised to find tea and coffee facilities in the room, but I have to admit, the coffee in the breakfast room was not the best. I preferred making my own in the room for a better cup. The sitting area in the room was comfortable, but I did notice that the blanket cover was a bit rough. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms worked well, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. I wished the rooms were more soundproofed though, as I could hear noises from the airport and the main road nearby, disrupting my sleep. Other amenities like free toiletries were appreciated, but the lack of room servicing during my two-night stay was a downside. I also had a not-so-great encounter with a dour receptionist and found the morning checkout process to be a bit unpleasant. Coast Gateway has its pros and cons. While the location is convenient, with free parking and a friendly staff, there are areas that could use improvement like the room amenities and noise levels. I might consider staying here again, but I hope they address some of these issues for a more comfortable experience.

Breakfast was minimal, limited to cold items—no hot options. Parking was satisfactory but may pose challenges during busy times. The TV malfunctioned, and the front desk response was less than helpful. Still, there's potential. Attention to these matters could elevate the experience significantly.

The staff was incredibly accommodating, even assisting with my transportation needs. The nearby Roasthouse restaurant offered delicious meals, a perfect option after a long journey.
