I always return for the excellent service. On my first stay, the staff helped with directions. The place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, and rooftop pool. Coming back for the New Year celebration.

stayed in chicago before, but viceroy was a pleasant surprise! impeccable service, beautiful room with stunning views, and a rooftop bar to relax after exploring the city. loved the location, close to the beach and great restaurants. didn't make the mistake of changing hotels this time!

The best aspects of this hotel were its cleanliness, beautiful Art Deco decor, and great smelling smells. The facilities were top-notch and the hotel had easy access to transportation. The location was excellent, making it convenient to walk to major places in this city. The staff was friendly and provided excellent hospitality. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

During my recent transit in Chicago, I stayed at Viceroy Chicago, which was conveniently located just 3.1 km from Ogilvie Transportation Center. The hotel's close proximity to Clark/Division, only a 5-minute walk away, made it extremely convenient for me to access transportation for my onward journey.

One minor inconvenience during my stay at Viceroy Chicago was the slightly awkward bathroom layout, particularly with the high side of the shower making it difficult for older guests to navigate. The limited space and lack of plugs near the mirror outside the bathroom also made getting ready a bit challenging when traveling with others.

Had an amazing Christmas getaway! The rooms were stunning with great views and a spacious bathroom. The art deco style was a nice touch. The friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable, and the free shuttle within 1 mile of the hotel was a convenient perk. The location was perfect, with major attractions and downtown areas within easy walking distance. Plus, we loved the extra space and comfort provided by the ample towels and room size.

Only downside was that the rooftop bar was closed for a private event during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, we had some maintenance issues with our toilet that persisted.

The view from our Deluxe King with Lakeview was beautiful. The amenities, including the robes and complimentary slippers, were a nice touch. The staff even arranged complimentary chocolates and champagne for our wedding anniversary. it was a truly memorable stay and we can't wait to return.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful hotel just off North Michigan Avenue. The location was perfect, with 360 Hancock, transportation, and the loop all within easy reach. The room was cozy, with a spacious bathroom and a comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the on-site restaurant, Somerset, and loved exploring the nearby restaurants and patios in the vibrant neighborhood. The pool on the rooftop offered breathtaking views and a great spot to relax. a wonderful experience.

The amenities for pets could be more varied and suitable for different needs.

The room decor and lighting controls were fabulous, creating a sleek and modern ambiance. I was pleasantly surprised when the staff left a complimentary bottle of champagne and a birthday gift for my fiancé's 40th birthday. The hotel's location was also perfect.

Upon arrival, one staff member seemed uninterested in assisting us, but the rest of the staff were welcoming. There was a minor cleanliness issue in the sink initially, but it was quickly resolved by housekeeping.
