The location is perfect, at the heart of the loop! The global design and architecture of the hotel are great. The Nespresso machine and vapor iron in the room are really convenient. Easy walk to main sites, friendly and helpful staff. Compliments to the staff! The ambiance is modern but makes you feel at home. Breakfast is a la carte and delicious. Bed is comfy, amenities are up to standard. You can pair your streaming service to the hotel TV. Perfect location to relax and explore Chicago.

The location of Arlo was perfect for exploring the city. Although the room was small, the decor was amazing. I had a slight issue with the shower but it was taken care of quickly by the hotel maintenance team. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Arlo! the bed and shower were top-notch, and we loved the big TV with a great selection of channels. the bathroom design was beautiful, and a special touch was the light beneath the bed that illuminated when we needed to use the bathroom at night. Plus, the location on Michigan Ave couldn't be beat. Everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance or a short bus or train ride away. the staff was also incredibly helpful and accommodating.

This place's location is amazing. It's so close to everything, making it so convenient, especially if you're a tourist visiting here. I was impressed by the impeccable service - the room service, dry cleaning, and laundry were all top-notch. The welcome drink was a nice touch, and I appreciated that they had pet amenities available. The room amenities such as the heating, air conditioning, and in-room safe were great. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were also very nice, and the food was fantastic. The staff here were always friendly and attentive. The leisure facilities such as the free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and fitness center were great too.

As party people, we loved the trendy vibe, clean decor, and thoughtful furnishing at the hotel. This hotel has an amazing location, right in the heart of the city, and close to everything you'd want to visit, especially if you're a tourist. The rooms are spacious with a great view, and the staff is always helpful and friendly. Plus, breakfast is included which is a nice bonus.

The bed in our room was comfortable, and the amenities provided met all our needs. We also appreciated being able to stream our favorite shows on the hotel TV using our own accounts. The hotel's WiFi worked perfectly for us as well. we had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

It was just a short walk to the river and the shopping district, making it incredibly convenient.
