The food at the restaurant was phenomenal - worth every penny! The live music on weekends added a fantastic vibe. The pools were clean and never overcrowded, with attentive staff serving up treats. The coastal room decor was a lovely touch. Jeffrey, the shuttle driver, was a fountain of Key West knowledge. JJ's jet ski tour was a blast, and our hilarious waiter added to the charm.

The size of the room was great, and we loved the included amenities like paddle boards and bikes. The staff was helpful with texts before and during our stay, making my birthday extra special. Plus, the resort itself is gorgeous, with lovely facilities and convenient shuttle service to the nearby city. a mind-blowing experience!

The pillows were terrible, and the restaurant only served Pepsi. we had ongoing issues with fruit flies and our early check-in ended up costing more than expected.

For the value, Oceans Edge was a great choice. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished, with a lovely view of the marina. The staff was extremely polite and professional, especially the two Stephanie's at the front desk. The location was perfect, with easy access to Key West through their free shuttle service.

Felt welcome, no reason to complain.

During my recent business trip to Key West, I had the pleasure of staying at Oceans Edge. The six shimmering salt-water swimming pools were a delightful feature of the hotel. I particularly enjoyed how all the pools were kept at the perfect temperature, all the time, ensuring a refreshing and relaxing swim. The serene atmosphere around the pools made for a tranquil escape after a long day of meetings. I found the pool area to be well-maintained and inviting, providing a peaceful retreat amidst the tropical surroundings.
