We loved the cleanliness and high standard of cleaning at this hotel. The hotel facilities were great and the staff was fantastic. The location was perfect, near a bus stop and within walking distance of most tourist spots.

Nothing at all.

The room was clean and had a nice old-fashioned style. the bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a bath/tub. the hotel had a bar and restaurant with lots of choices. the location was great, right in the middle of all the points of interest. We could even walk to Union Square in just 25 minutes. it was a nice and clean hotel with good amenities.

The windows could use some cleaning, as they were a bit dusty. the elevator was not working during our stay and was not repaired.

I stayed at this cosy hotel for 6 nights and it was perfect for my needs. The location is excellent, with great places to eat nearby. The rooms are classical and lovely, providing a quiet and comfortable space. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. it offered excellent value for money in an expensive city.

Located in a charming alley, this hotel is only a short walk to the pier 39 and main areas of SF. Our spacious room with charming period furniture was comfortable, but the bathroom needed some updates. The complementary tea, coffee, sherry, and cookies were a nice touch. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but breakfast could have more options. a decent value for the price.

There were some maintenance issues that needed attention.

I recently stayed at the Majestic in San Francisco for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The staff here went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were friendly, helpful, and even helped us with a package delivery issue. The hotel itself had a relaxing atmosphere, with tasteful decor and comfortable rooms. Despite not having air conditioning during a heatwave, the hotel provided a fan to help keep us cool. The location was convenient, with bus routes nearby, and the price was reasonable for a hotel in a big city.

Our room at Majestic was spacious and clean. The breakfast had a great selection of cereals, fresh fruit, pastries, bagels, butter & cream cheese. The coffee was amazing. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

This hotel is a great find! The location on Sutter street is perfect, with a bus stop right outside to take you to all the sights. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the old world charm of the hotel is amazing. The rooms have everything you need, including umbrellas to borrow, and breakfast is included even with limited options.

Absolutely loved the hotel's architecture, furniture, historical value, ambiance, and old world charm. The central location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and had amazing personalities. They were supportive and got us anything we needed. The character details of the room, like the comfortable four-poster bed, free-standing bath, and floral wallpaper, added to the overall charm. Amenities like free WiFi, TV, radio, and a small fridge were provided.

Felt extremely welcome, no complaints.

All was fine, nothing to complain about!

The view from my large suite on the 5th floor of Hotel Majestic was incredible, despite the heavy fire smoke. The historic atmosphere of the hotel added a unique charm to my stay. The free WiFi was a nice bonus for staying connected. I would recommend this hotel.
