The location of the hotel is great, close to many attractions. The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and well decorated, making it a pleasant stay. The parking garage was convenient, although at an extra cost.

The front desk attendants were unaccommodating, which made the stay less enjoyable.

My first stay at Mariposa was wonderful! the butterflies and the little pool added a touch of beauty and tranquility. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff, with the exception of a few, were friendly and helpful. the location was perfect for our visit to Universal Studios, just 4.9 miles away. the area was quiet and clean, and there were plenty of must-see places nearby. the hotel itself was clean, and the staff came in daily to make the beds and provide fresh towels. We will definitely be staying here again!

Located in a safe district, with convenient access to a nearby Wholefood store for food shopping. Offers spacious underground parking and is within a 10-minute drive to Universal Studios Park. Approximately 30 minutes away from Santa Monica beach, depending on traffic. Will definitely consider staying again if back in the area.

Had a great thanksgiving weekend at this hotel. Loved the gym and spa, perfect way to end the day. the complimentary bags of lavender were a nice touch and made the room smell amazing. Plus, the staff were super friendly and accommodating.

Although the location was convenient, the sound bleed from upstairs was a bit of an annoyance, especially since we could hear what sounded like a baby elephant. though, the positives outweighed the negatives.
