I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Vail for a romantic weekend getaway. The hotel was simply stunning, with a beautiful remodel that impressed us compared to our previous stay. The staff were exceptional, and we enjoyed friendly conversations with them during our evenings at the bar. The Moet champagne vending machine was a unique touch that we couldn't resist trying out. Our room had a lovely mountain view, and we were delighted to indulge in the spa treatments. Clara and Astrid provided first-class service and made us feel pampered. a fabulous experience that we'll definitely recommend to friends and family.

The value for money at the hotel was great, considering the beautiful property and clean, stylish rooms. The location was convenient for skiing, although a shuttle was needed to return to the hotel. The staff treated us exceptionally well, especially the friendly valet who always greeted us and held the door open for my wife.

The hotel is located in a ski-friendly valley where you can easily reach anywhere on the mountain, or even walk over to the library or into the villages. The rooms are spacious with great bathrooms and views. The staff is very polite and helpful, and there are many attractive facilities such as a pool and hot tub.
