My family enjoyed a perfect ski-in, ski-out experience with easy access to Lift 20. The complimentary hot cocoa and cider bar added a delightful touch to our evenings, and the stunning views from the outdoor hot tubs during sunset were simply breathtaking.

However, we encountered some challenges with the restaurant, leading to long waits during busy times. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed at breakfast, where items weren’t frequently replenished. It detracted slightly from an otherwise magical stay.

From the moment we arrived, the stunning views of the mountains mesmerized us! We were delighted by the heated creek-side infinity pool, perfect for savoring sunsets. The ski-in/ski-out access made hitting the slopes a breeze, while complimentary breakfast sandwiches at the cafe saved us time and energy for our daily adventures. The attentive staff truly enhanced our stay, making us feel welcomed throughout.

The views are just breathtaking! Seriously, I was in awe every time I looked out. The heated creek-side infinity pool after a long day on the slopes felt like a total dream. And shoutout to the staff—everyone was super friendly and made us feel at home!

Just one thing, the coffee shop was a bit understaffed, so brekkie took longer than expected. But everything else was lekker!

Inconsistent hot water supply during peak times left me with a few uncomfortable showers!!! High additional fees for parking feel excessive!!! The sauna facilities should be complimentary, not an added charge!!! Room storage options are lacking!!!

During my recent stay, I was impressed by the gorgeous common areas, including the beautifully designed lobby and inviting hotel bar. The large marble shower with a rain shower head was heavenly, and the updated room provided the comfort I sought after a day of exploration.

High resort fees feel excessive.

We had a wonderful 7-night stay! The staff was exceptionally friendly, especially during breakfast when they accommodated our large family. The spa treatments were divine, and the pool area was a perfect spot to unwind. Just be prepared, there may be a wait for breakfast tables.

Staying for two nights, the breathtaking views and the welcoming atmosphere made for an exceptional experience. The breakfast sandwiches and fruit at the cafe were not only time-saving but delicious. An unexpected upgrade to our room and a thoughtful birthday surprise of wine and chocolates truly elevated our stay. however, the lobby service was disappointing due to understaffing, causing delays in beverage orders and a lack of cleanliness. Despite some service hiccups, the hot tub under the stars was a delightful way to unwind.
