The location is perfect, right next to the museum, and I dug the eclectic design throughout. It was super peaceful, and the on-site restaurant was a hit for dinner.

My recent stay at Hotel Zaza was largely positive, with spacious rooms featuring comfortable beds and nice views from the balcony. The staff was attentive, especially Mark Flores, but some service areas, like room service pricing and bathroom maintenance, could use improvement. It's a great choice for a quiet escape, particularly suited for business travelers seeking a relaxing atmosphere.

Fantastic, friendly service from every person on staff. Having complimentary fruit plate our first evening enhanced the experience. Proximity to the art museum was a great perk!

The pool bar was closed during my visit. Unfortunately, the room I received was dark and the bathroom was small, leading to an underwhelming stay.

Stayed for 4 nights and loved it! The room had everything like a flat-screen TV, free toiletries, and even a balcony. The bed was super comfy. The restaurant was amazing with fast service. Plus, the pool area was perfect for cooling off. Definitely had a great vibe overall!

Clean rooms, great shower pressure in this classic hotel. Loved the coffee and surprise afternoon snacks. The pool area was refreshing and the small gym was fine for a quick workout. Perfect location for exploring Houston!

It was just an appropriate option for short visits in Houston with all in all brilliant value for money. The staff was welcoming and went out of their way to assist, especially when we arrived late from a concert. Try to visit the lounge late at night for a great experience!
