I recently stayed at Hotel Zaza in Houston and I was amazed by the stylish design and cozy lobby. The location is excellent, just steps away from major museums. The rooms are very nice and each one has a balcony, which was a bonus. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure we had a great experience. Despite a small inconvenience with the noise from the bar one evening, the management handled it professionally and even offered an upgrade for our next visit. I highly recommend Hotel Zaza for a stay in Houston.

Staying in this hotel was a great idea, being located in the Museum district gave us so many cultural options and famous landmarks just few steps ahead. The room was very clean and comfortable, not to mention the neat coffee station available on every floor. In our case, we enjoyed a very scrumptious meal in the hotel bar/restaurant, and the staff service was excellent.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and convenient location near the Museum of Fine Art. We had an amazing experience at this place! The location here is perfect, in a beautiful museum area with plenty of restaurants and shops around. The service here is second to none, from the room service to the shuttle service, everything was taken care of for us. We even got a welcome drink on arrival, which was a nice touch. The room amenities were excellent, with a flat-screen TV and mini-bar, and the staff were very helpful in providing ironing facilities and in-room safe. The manager went above and beyond by giving us $100 per room for one of our two nights and a $50 certificate along with two breakfast passes - we were blown away by their generosity.
