Great location and awesome staff

Super close to Georgetown, which was a major bonus! Room was clean, staff were really friendly, and check-in was a breeze. Breakfast had a cool omelet station, and the shower pressure was perfect. No daily room service was a bit of a bummer, especially with the dirty sheets we found. Plus, the heating was kinda loud.

The staff was generally friendly and the breakfast buffet was really good.

The valet service was pushy and made me feel uncomfortable after my long drive. Also, the ADA room had several accessibility issues that need improvement.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, just over the river and right near the metro stop. I loved being able to walk to so many great restaurants in the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and check-in and check-out were a breeze. The room was spacious and beautifully clean, with modern amenities like free wifi and a great TV. It was clear that the hotel prioritized comfort and quality, making sure every detail was taken care of.

The only small downside was that the staff seemed to be a bit understaffed. There were a few times when we didn't receive the usual in-room services like room cleaning or fresh towels until later in the day.

I had a great stay here! The location was perfect as it was just across the Rosslyn Metro station and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from just across the street. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room amenities were top-notch. I enjoyed the natural lighting and the comfortable bed.

The staff did not come to the room by 3 pm and I could not get the service. However, this place is still highly recommended for family, especially because of the excellent service and great location.

I stayed at Hyatt Centric for one night to visit Washington DC and catch my flight from Dulles airport. The hotel’s location near the subway and 5A bus stop made it very convenient for both purposes. The room was comfortable and satisfactory. The buffet breakfast had a smaller spread, but it included all the foods I enjoy, such as scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages. The service staff, especially a friendly and efficient Latina server, made my breakfast experience even more enjoyable. The hotel staff overall was wonderful, helpful, and always had a smile to share. The cleanliness of the hotel and room was also commendable.

The hotel had a good location, close to several attractions and easy to access by public transportation. the staff was friendly and polite, make sure to ask about the complementary breakfast and parking voucher, it was a good way to start the day without any extra cost. At night the street noise was fairly low, we had a good night's sleep.

The room was not as clean as we were expecting, the carpet was full of stains and we found some hair on the sheets. the elevator was out of service, making it difficult to move around the hotel.

Convenient location, clean modern rooms, friendly staff, good amenities, close to public transportation.
