I stayed at Hyatt Centric for one night to visit Washington DC and catch my flight from Dulles airport. The hotel’s location near the subway and 5A bus stop made it very convenient for both purposes. The room was comfortable and satisfactory. The buffet breakfast had a smaller spread, but it included all the foods I enjoy, such as scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages. The service staff, especially a friendly and efficient Latina server, made my breakfast experience even more enjoyable. The hotel staff overall was wonderful, helpful, and always had a smile to share. The cleanliness of the hotel and room was also commendable.

The hotel had a good location, close to several attractions and easy to access by public transportation. The staff was friendly and polite, make sure to ask about the complementary breakfast and parking voucher, it was a good way to start the day without any extra cost. At night the street noise was fairly low, we had a good night's sleep.

The room was not as clean as we were expecting, the carpet was full of stains and we found some hair on the sheets. The elevator was out of service, making it difficult to move around the hotel.
