I had an absolutely amazing stay at this resort. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The front desk staff, Tracy, Felicia and Jose, provided excellent service and were always available to answer any questions I had.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful resort. The rooms were spacious and peaceful, allowing for a good night's sleep. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, accommodating all of our special requests. The resort had 5 pools, including 2 hot tubs and a thrilling water slide, which were enjoyed by both kids and adults. The stunning views of the mountains at sunrise added a touch of serenity to our stay. this resort exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

Convenient location, friendly staff, delicious food from a skilled chef. Relaxing atmosphere, just a short distance from home. Pet-friendly policy is a highlight. Will definitely return.

The pool area and water slide were a hit with my granddaughter and her cousins. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds made for a relaxing stay. The golf carts were a convenient way to transport luggage and family members. The poolside food and drinks, especially the smoothies, were delicious. The resort's beautiful surroundings and accommodating staff made for a pleasant experience. The lobby, water bottles, cold water feature, and kids' games added to the overall enjoyment.

I had a lovely interlude at the Westin La Paloma, enjoying the beautiful Tucson sunsets. The pool areas were clean, and the staff was always on top of it. The entire staff could not have been more thoughtful and accommodating. They greeted me with fruit and bubbly water in my room for my anniversary. The valet staff was efficient, making it easy for me to get to my car and room. The chef personally brought me a new salad when there was a mistake with the dressing. The Westin La Paloma is a great option for a short getaway from the Phoenix area.

The lobby was stunning and inviting. Even though I requested a room with double beds, I was offered a rollaway bed at no additional cost. The pool area was enjoyable, and the drinks were refreshing. Despite a small issue with the A/C, the room was spacious and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel nestled in the mountains. The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the Catalina Mountain range. The pool area was fantastic, with multiple pools, hot tubs, and even a slide. We loved lounging by the heated pools and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate tub and shower in the bathroom and a cozy bed that provided a great night's sleep. We also appreciated having a Starbucks coffee maker in the room, perfect for those early mornings.

While the hotel was overall fantastic, we did notice that the staff seemed to be spread thin at times, resulting in slightly longer response times for requests. However, this did not detract from our overall experience and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was comfortable and had amazing amenities, like the fantastic shower. The location was beautiful and the staff at the front desk were wonderful and very helpful.

The breakfast option could have been better.

Lovely location in the foothills with stunning views. Adult-only pool and jacuzzi are perks. Grounds are spacious with beautiful desert trees and plants. Great for those who enjoy a bit of exercise. Allergies may flare up in the spring.

Great experience overall! Beautiful resort grounds with plenty of amenities open. the pool area was amazing, but it gets crowded quickly, so come early or rent a cabana. the cabanas were a great deal and included fruit, water, sunscreen, and chapstick. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Lindsey and Haley at the pool. the mountain views were breathtaking. the breakfast at Azul was delicious, and happy hour at Contigo was a great value. the rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms appeared newly renovated.

The rooms were slightly dated and had a few bugs, but it's expected in the desert. Some inconsistencies with the cabana charges and service charges on food and beverage checks.
