I had a nice stay with spacious rooms and a view of the mountains. The property has several dining options. I enjoyed lunch twice, and the food was good. The staff was helpful but sometimes a bit busy. I understand that cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances can be frustrating, as I had to deal with a similar situation recently. Overall, it was a solid experience during my trip in November 2023.

Great outdoor heated pool with ample sun loungers. Luggage storage was a breeze. Wi-Fi could be better.

I was disappointed to find our room's carpet was outdated and smelled musty, resembling a pet’s scent. Despite the resort being relatively quiet, we were placed far from the amenities in Building E, which made it inconvenient. Additionally, we encountered a broken fridge in our room, which was inadequately addressed by the staff when we reported it, leaving us frustrated during our stay.

The stunning mountain views made every morning a joy, and the friendly staff added a personal touch to our stay. The on-site spa was a delightful retreat after a day by the gorgeous pools.

However, the check-in process was chaotic, with equipment failures causing delays. It was frustrating to find that basic amenities in our room weren’t stocked, which made some days a bit inconvenient.

The resort boasts stunning landscaping, and the pool areas are simply fantastic for both kids and adults, with various options to suit everyone. The friendly staff genuinely adds to the lovely atmosphere.

However, we faced issues with housekeeping, missing essential supplies like fresh towels, and there was no hot water during peak hours. Make sure to reserve a breakfast table ahead of time.

The spacious room featured a stunning mountain view, and the pool areas included a refreshing mineral cold pool. The Red Door Spa offered wonderful treatments, making it a highlight of our stay.

My stay was marred by several frustrating issues. The service was spotty. I experienced long waits for assistance and at times was unable to reach anyone on the phone. During check-out, I had to carry all my luggage myself due to a lack of available staff to help. Additionally, the pool area had strict rules enforced by management that detracted from the overall enjoyment of our time there.

i almost thought about giving a good review, but then i remembered the filthy bed linen covered in fur and the pool area that felt downright unsafe. such a pity that no staff greeted me with a special welcome gift. you’d think that after the hassle of broken elevators, a little courtesy would be in order. utterly disappointing.

i had a great stay at the westin. the room was large and quiet, located at the end of the building. the bed was comfy, and i loved the separate shower and tub in the bathroom. the mineral pool was fabulous, and the location in the catalina foothills was perfect for exploring.

would recommend.

While the warm and attentive staff made an impression, I faced a few bumps during my stay. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony, but I dealt with some discomfort due to inconsistent housekeeping and a noisy environment. Cabanas at the pool were a plus, but the pool areas were packed. Would I return? Maybe.

The golf course was a standout feature during our stay, well maintained and enjoyable. The customer service was subpar, with long waits for assistance. The kids' club was engaging and kept my children entertained for hours.

The Neapolitan pizza from the restaurant was a delicious highlight of the stay. However, the check-in process was confusing and the long walkways to the room lacked proper signage, which was frustrating. Furthermore, encountering a less than clean toilet and a lukewarm hot tub detracted from the experience.
