I recently stayed at the Huntsville Marriott and had a mixed experience. The staff at the hotel were truly excellent, always going above and beyond to assist me during my stay. From helping me get back into my room when I locked myself out to accommodating my special breakfast request, their service was top-notch. I was also pleased that despite the ongoing renovations, I never heard any construction noise.

I must admit that the room I was assigned was underwhelming. Located on the 2nd floor, it had not yet been renovated and showed signs of wear and tear.

Soft bed, fluffy pillows, high-quality toiletries, friendly staff, convenient bar, well-equipped gym.

Nothing at all.

The value for money was great and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, especially for those visiting the nearby Space Camp. The staff treated me well and even surprised me with a bonus card for my birthday.

The hotel breakfast menu could have included a Continental Breakfast option.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was conveniently close to everything we wanted to do during our romantic escape. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view. The staff was friendly and made us feel important throughout our stay.

We were disappointed that there were no complimentary breakfast options available, which made it inconvenient for us as a couple. The price for breakfast was not reasonable in our opinion.

The staff at the hotel, especially the lady who worked in the bar and restaurant, were extremely helpful and polite. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The facilities were beautiful, and the newly styled rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool area was also well maintained. The hotel's location was very convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions.

The bonus card I received as a birthday gift was a pleasant surprise! The food at The Great Room was delicious and the bartender provided excellent service. The white gravy was the best I've ever tasted. The staff made me feel welcome and at home throughout my stay. The hotel had ample parking and good internet access. The fitness center had everything I needed for a workout. The room was a good size and even had a microwave. The shower had a small issue, but it was quickly resolved by the front desk staff. I had a wonderful birthday weekend at this hotel.

The hotel had a great location, with a supermarket and restaurant right across the road. It was also reasonably close to the beach and many sites of interest. The breakfast had plenty of choices, including fresh fruit, cereal, pancakes, and more. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing a nice beverage upon arrival.

The location was great, close to everything, and the rooms had a great view of the rockets. The staff were very nice and provided excellent service. The rooms were pleasantly decorated with a good color combination.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great.

We had a fantastic stay at the Marriott in Huntsville. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure our needs were met. They even saved us when we missed our ride to work, showing their true dedication to excellent service. The shuttle drivers were friendly and knowledgeable, providing convenient transportation to the airport and popular dining and shopping areas. The breakfast from room service was delicious, and the Great Room had great bar food. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we also took advantage of the well-equipped gym. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the Space Center & Museum and Biergarten, both within walking distance.

We did encounter one major issue during our stay. We have yet to receive the correct invoice for our stay, despite multiple reminders to the hotel.

Great location, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Friendly staff made me feel valued. Beautiful lobby, interior, and pool area. Close to the center and surrounding areas.

We stayed at a hotel near the space museum and it was the perfect location! We were able to easily visit the museum and it was close to everything we needed. The rooms were gorgeous, with newly renovated features like a step-in shower and a taller toilet. The staff was helpful and responsive, making our stay even better.

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the Rocket Center, making it easy to visit and explore. I also appreciated the amenities provided in the room, such as the coffee and tea-making machine, which made it feel like a home away from home.

The air conditioning was running at a low temperature in October, so it was quite chilly inside the hotel, despite the weather being sunny and wonderful outside. It would have been nice to have a more comfortable temperature indoors.
