The location of this hotel is perfect - close enough to walk to all the high rises but far enough that there is very little foot traffic or competition for a good spot on the Divi Aruba Phoenix beach that is great for snorkeling. It's also just a quick taxi ride to the casino or the shopping areas, making it convenient without being in the heat of it all. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We loved having a kitchen in our room and the option to use the grills available. The breakfast buffet was delicious and reasonably priced.

During our romantic escape, we loved the stunning views of the ocean and pool from our room. It was the perfect setting for a romantic getaway. the location of the hotel was also great as it was close to many restaurants and shops, making it convenient for us to explore and try different dining options. Additionally, we enjoyed the amenities offered, such as the beautiful beach area and the swim-up bar, where we could relax and enjoy some drinks together.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we were not pleased with. the room could definitely use some updating.

We loved that it is in a great area where you can easily walk to the downtown area. The beach access was fantastic, and we appreciated the beach umbrellas and sun loungers provided. The service was outstanding, with staff always ready to assist and a friendly smile. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable sitting area, kitchen, and a flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the variety of dining options, from the poolside snack bar to the restaurant with its special diet menus. The leisure facilities, including the spa and wellness center, swimming pool, and sun terrace, were all impressive.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it was an absolute delight. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops, but still far enough away from the crowds and loud music. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Julio and Ramon on the beach. They always made sure I had everything I needed and were quick to offer assistance.

We stayed at Divi Phoenix for a family vacation and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, with a beautiful view from our room. The beach was great, with plenty of palapas and the pool and jacuzzi were also very nice. Having a kitchen in our suite was convenient, and the availability of grills was a bonus. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed, with many guests being regulars. The Pure Ocean restaurant on the beach was a highlight, providing an excellent dining experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the security measures were impressive. We felt completely safe throughout our stay.
