Traveling with small children and grandparents, the family suite at Castle Inn And Suites was convenient. Comfy beds, plenty of towels, mini fridge, and a microwave made our stay comfortable. The fantastic front staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The pillows were perfect, the AC worked well, and the curtains blocked light effectively. The location near Disneyland, CVS, and restaurants was great. Free parking and a pool with a hot tub were a bonus. Best value for money we've found so far. Thanks to the cordial and kind staff.

We stayed here for my daughter's Birthday trip to Disneyland in February. Room 209 was clean and check-in was simple. We returned in April and got an "executive" suite, which was disappointing as it was identical to room 209. However, the staff were courteous and helpful. The location is great, within walking distance to Disneyland, the Garden Walk, and many restaurants. The pool area and jacuzzi were also nice, and we appreciated the free wifi and parking.

Our family of seven had a comfortable stay in the spacious family suite at Castle Inn And Suites. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Disneyland. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were extremely accommodating. The room was clean and well-maintained, with the kids' room having their own sink, table, and TV. We loved the availability of the mini mart on site and appreciated the close proximity to other stores for any additional needs.

We especially appreciated having a fridge and microwave in the room which was very convenient for our needs.

The external appearance can be easily deceiving, and some internal parts of the hotel need refurbishing. The pool was too small for small children and not usable.
