The breakfast at the hotel was a delightful surprise each morning. the variety of American, vegetarian, and vegan options made waking up a joy, like a kid in a candy store. the fluffy pancakes and fresh fruits were like a symphony for my taste buds.

we were welcomed warmly by friendly staff, including valet and receptionist. our room had a stunning view, the sunset was beautiful. it was a peaceful and top-notch experience. Cons: not a single issue ☹️.

Always returning for top-notch service and comfort. They even granted a late check out once. This place suits me perfectly - Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and 24-hour security. Plus, bar, restaurant, fitness center, and heated swimming pool. Can't wait for New Year!

the location is great, close to beale street.

the front desk was unfriendly and even rude. the room was not cleaned properly, with half-drunk water and a filthy bathroom.

I loved being startled by the motion-detected light under the bed and the loud A/C system.

Hyatt Centric was conveniently located near all attractions, offering a quiet environment with beautiful decor. the pool, though small, added to the charm, and the bar had a nice ambiance.

No kettle provided in the room. the coffee maker area had an odor.

As backpackers, we loved the close proximity to Beale Street and the vibrant downtown area. The hotel had a modern and clean feel, with beautiful views of the Mississippi River and Memphis Bridge. The helpful valet service and friendly staff made us feel welcome, and we enjoyed the rooftop lounge with its breathtaking view.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel! The location was great, as it was very close to everything and we could easily explore the area. The service was exceptional, with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping and valet parking all being top-notch. We also really enjoyed the welcome drink, which made us feel very welcome. The room amenities were great, with heating, air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities being perfect. The garden furniture was comfortable and made for a great place to relax and unwind.

This hotel is perfectly located for those wanting to be close to the action in the heart of the city. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and the hotel's rooftop bar and food options are top-notch. The rooms are cozy with fantastic showers, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.

One downside is that the hotel can be a bit noisy at night, with loud air conditioning units that can wake you up repeatedly.

I appreciated the nicely designed bathrooms, notably the separate and spacious shower. the location was convenient for my explorations during downtime. the best features were the complimentary amenities, such as the four coat hooks and the efficient valet staff.

Room size left me wishing for more space. the computers were down, and the management did not follow up on promised phone call.
