I stayed at Crowne Plaza Seattle for one night before my cruise. The hotel was fantastic, with super comfortable beds and clean rooms. The elevator, which everyone complains about, was in perfect working condition with all four cars operating simultaneously. No waiting! I also appreciated the convenience of the sundry store in the lobby, something the prior hotel we stayed at lacked. The hotel's location was great, within walking distance of the Skyview Observatory and Pike Place.

During my transit, I found the convenience of staying at Crowne Plaza Seattle, an IHG hotel with no resort fee, to be a standout feature. The proximity of just 15 km from Boeing Field/King County International and 2.2 km from Seattle Center Monorail made my travel connections seamless. The 24-hour fitness facility added a welcoming touch for a quick workout between flights.

The check-in experience fell short of expectations. the delayed release of a $200 hold on my card after check-out was an inconvenience.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to all the sights we wanted to see in downtown. The staff members were incredibly knowledgeable and provided us with great service. We especially enjoyed the room service, as it was prompt and efficient. The amenities in the room, such as the ironing facilities, mini-bar, and tea and coffee facilities, were a nice touch and enhanced our comfort. The hotel also had a restaurant and bar/lounge area, where we enjoyed delicious meals and drinks. The fitness studio was also a great addition, allowing us to stay active during our stay. we had a fantastic experience.
