Checking in felt like a marathon; I had to wait until 4 PM, which was way too late. The lobby was packed with people and luggage, and the bar didn’t even open until 5. So frustrating!

Clean room, clean facilities with a lovely view of the city and friendly, helpful staff who were quick to accommodate us with a room change when we had a minor issue with the shower.

room was clean and spacious for our family of four. had all the essentials like air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator. enjoyed the fitness centre. breakfast was nice but the restaurant wasn’t open for dinner. great location, easy walk to pike place market and the monorail. staff were super friendly and helpful.

Valet parking is pricey, but the staff deserves kudos for their hard work amidst being understaffed. I'd consider staying again.

The breakfast buffet had plenty of options; you could have pancakes or eggs made fresh. Rooms were spacious and comfy with stunning views from the 27th floor.

The lobby shop is convenient for snacks and essentials. $50 nightly parking feels excessive. Only one elevator was operational, requiring us to carry bags down 16 floors. Housekeeping was inconsistent; we experienced a dirty room upon check-in and limited service during our stay. If management can address these areas, this place could shine.

The location was ideal, with easy access to key attractions such as Pike Place Market and the Waterfront. The double room was clean and spacious, making our stay comfortable and convenient. The $15 per person shuttle to the nearby cruise terminal was also a bonus for future leisure trips.
