the deluxe king room was clean and stylish, with a nice view. loved the quality toiletries and the convenience of making in-room coffee. it's close to vibrant nightlife, perfect for a wild party until 4am! the staff were attentive and friendly, making the stay enjoyable.

I had a frustrating experience with the parking situation. It took multiple attempts to get our parking pass sorted out, resulting in additional charges that shouldn't have occurred. The front desk seemed confused about the validation process, and despite their assurance, I ended up paying more than needed.

Had a sweet as stay, but the breakfast was a bit of a letdown with the lack of variety. However, the view from our room was absolutely stunning! Chur!

The front desk crew really nailed it! The breakfast lounge was awesome, with a full spread and nice views. Just wished the floor in my room was cleaner—found some hair in the bathroom! The bars were a bit of a miss too, kind of rude service.

stayed for 1 night and the room was super cozy. loved the modern touches and the ice drawer was a cool surprise! the location was alright but kinda business-y. ordered room service late, but really enjoyed the bar snacks. the blow dryer was a total joke, though. felt like it belonged in a garage sale!
