I recently stayed at a hotel near O'Hare Airport and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious with separate bedroom and living areas, perfect for my needs. The hotel's restaurant facilities were excellent and the breakfast options were great, especially for my little one. I appreciated that the staff catered to our needs and even had healthy choices for our son. The location of the hotel was very convenient, being close to the airport and easily accessible from the interstates. it was a beautiful hotel and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next international trip. 😊

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Suites Chicago O'Hare for a business trip. The hotel was clean, quiet, and provided excellent room darkening with its shades and curtains. The technical issues with the TV remote and telephone were quickly fixed by a helpful employee. While the ice machines on our floor did not work, the one on the fourth floor was accessible. One small improvement that could be made is fixing the squeaky door between the front room and bedroom in room 205. it was a pleasant stay and the staff, including Oscar and Russell, were accommodating and friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the freezing area near the airport. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch - the room was the cleanest we've ever stayed in, with not a speck of dust or grime anywhere. The sheets and pillowcases were pristine white, and the decor, while slightly dated, was extremely clean. The hotel facilities were great, with a small coffee pot and complimentary coffee and tea provided. The two large TVs in the bedroom and living room area were a nice touch. The hotel's location near the airport and car rental area was extremely convenient for our travel needs.
