We had such an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right at the waterfront surrounded by restaurants and with a fabulous Irish pub next door serving gorgeous food. We loved how we could walk right out the door and be on the water's edge, enjoying the beautiful views. The service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping all available. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The amenities in the room were fantastic, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a cozy sitting area. We also had a lovely terrace with garden furniture where we could relax and unwind.

The hotel's location was superb, with a free shuttle bus available to take us to the National Mall. We enjoyed strolling along the nearby promenade and dining at the excellent restaurants, including a visit to the fish market.

We really got our money's worth at Hyatt House! The room was incredibly comfortable, with an amazing bed and pillows. The location was perfect, right on The Wharf, and within walking distance of upscale shopping, entertainment, and dining. The staff was outstandingly attentive and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better would be a greater variety of items. Some simple bar snacks, like nachos, would also be a nice addition to the bar menu.

The breakfast menu could have been improved by offering more gluten-free and vegetarian options, rather than just whole fruit. There was also a lack of variety and quality in the yogurt and bread options, making it difficult for those with dietary restrictions.

The room was on the smaller side, and the TV stand at the end of the bed made it feel even more cramped. There was limited storage space, making it difficult to organize our luggage. Another negative aspect was the holding charge on our debit card, which took over 9 working days to be refunded. Next time, I will definitely use a credit card instead.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt House in Washington for a week-long sightseeing trip. The hotel's location was excellent, and the staff were exceptional, always friendly and accommodating. The rooftop swimming pool was a highlight, and the hot and cold breakfast buffet offered plenty of delicious options. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with a super comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and lots of closet space. The hotel's proximity to the metro stop and supermarket was also convenient. I highly recommend staying here for a great value experience.

The location of this hotel is superb! We loved the close proximity to the Wharf and its variety of restaurants. The rooftop pool and view was wonderful. While we experienced some issues with the refrigerator in our room, the hotel staff were quick to address and resolve the problem. we had a pleasant stay.
