Great room with river view. Super comfy bed and a clean bathroom with nice amenities. Loved the fitness centre and chill areas outside. Delicious hot breakfast, tons of options. Perfect spot by the wharf with cool shops, restaurants, and activities. Valet parking made it easy. Elevator access is secure, which is awesome.

My stay was incredible as I enjoyed beautiful river views from my room while being just a short walk from the vibrant Wharf with tons of eateries and shops, not to mention that it’s only about a 25-minute walk to popular landmarks like the National Mall and the Jefferson Memorial; the breakfast was a delicious surprise with a wide variety of choices, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests, but it would be nice if the hotel offered clearer signage for first-time visitors.

Fantastic breakfast with abundant gluten-free options. Family-friendly atmosphere, including engaging kid shows to keep the little ones entertained. Staff was exceptional, particularly Aurelia, who elevated the dining experience with her warm greetings. I was disappointed with room cleanliness and a damaged floor that posed a tripping hazard. Room service was nonexistent during our five-night stay, and amenities fell short of expectations. The hotel’s design was inconvenient, with baffling parking and check-in procedures. Despite the challenges, the location offered great views and easy access to nearby restaurants. Value for money could improve significantly. Only for those who prioritize location over comfort and service.

Hyatt House at the Wharf offers an excellent waterfront location with stunning views and easy access to restaurants. The spacious rooms are well-equipped and clean, perfect for families. Enjoyable breakfast options ensure a good start to the day, making it a solid choice for visitors.

, we chose a hotel close to various attractions, including the Smithsonian National Museum of American History and the Washington Monument. The hotel's location was truly unbeatable, right at a vibrant wharf area with plenty of dining options and shops nearby. While the room design was a bit unconventional and the breakfast options were lacking, the staff was accommodating and the outside areas of the hotel were relaxing, making it a decent choice for families and groups looking to explore the city.

The staff was super friendly, always ready to help. Breakfast had options for picky eaters like my kids, really enjoyed the gluten-free oatmeal.

The bed was comfortable but the sheets had stains, which were quickly replaced. The room felt a bit dingy with limited lighting, and the thermostat rarely provided consistent temperature. Noise from a barking dog nearby added to the discomfort. There were two TVs, but only one remote available, making it inconvenient. The room had a kitchenette, which was a nice touch, yet the ambiance was lacking. we had trouble with the majority of outlets not working. The elevator key system was annoying, and the ice machine near the elevators was dirty and noisy.

Location is prime with easy access to attractions. Breakfast lacks variety and the parking is ridiculously priced at $60 a day.

The location is absolutely unbeatable—so close to incredible restaurants and nightlife! The rooftop pool stole the show with stunning views, plus the kids loved the daily breakfast. Fun activities like the free shuttle to the National Mall made our trip even better!

The bed was a nightmare—totally saggy and uncomfortable, giving me back pain all night. I couldn't believe I paid so much for a room with such a worn-out mattress and overall shabby condition. Just felt really disappointing.
