Great location near everything. Small, noisy rooms not as advertised.

I traveled alone and stayed at Hotel 373 for a few nights. The location was amazing, super centric and close to everything. The room, though small, was clean and comfortable, perfect for one person. The bed was exceedingly comfortable and they even gave us an upgrade. The room was beautifully quiet and the staff was friendly and kind. They allowed me to check in early and kept my luggage safe until then. a good place to stay for a night or two.

The room was extremely small, felt like a shoebox. the hotel charged a deposit on the card and failed to provide a copy of the document.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely helpful and courteous, and the location was perfect. Within just a few minutes, we were able to reach many of the main attractions of the city, including Times Square, the Empire State Building, Broadway, and Rockefeller Center. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great shower and a comfortable big bed. The price we paid was also very reasonable for the quality and the central position within Manhattan. We were able to leave our luggage at reception for early check-in and late check-out, which was very convenient.

The location of this hotel is excellent for accessing midtown and most other Manhattan attractions, as it is in the center of the city. The rooms are clean and efficient, with comfortable beds and premium quality soaps and shampoo. The staff is friendly and hospitable, going out of their way to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast is included and is from a great french deli right next door. Some rooms even have great views of the Empire State Building.

The heavy sliding door of the bathroom did not close all the way and had no handle, making it difficult to use.

This hotel is a great value for money, especially considering its location right on the 5th Avenue in the heart of midtown Manhattan. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the rooms are clean and in good condition, with aircon taking minimal space.

The location is unbeatable - we could see the iconic landmark right from our cozy room. The staff really impressed us with their attentive service and willingness to go the extra mile. As soon as we arrived, John at the front desk took care of everything we needed and more. Our room was kept spotlessly clean every day, even during these challenging times. Plus, we were thrilled to find out we could easily get coffee at the Starbucks next door. we had a wonderful experience here.

We loved the perfect location of this hotel, with easy access to everywhere in this city. It was conveniently situated close to lots of other attractions and in a convenient area in this city. Additionally, it was very close to the Herald Sq subway station, making it easy for us to explore the city. The hotel facilities were great, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and made our stay enjoyable.
