The location is fantastic, with easy access to attractions like the Lost Treasure Gemini golf place and convenient parking in the deck to keep my car protected from the weather. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, from the spotless room to the well-maintained common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with amenities like a microwave, fridge, and coffee pot in the room. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I also appreciated the convenient location near the Dollar General store for any forgotten items. I was very impressed with my stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to the Smokey Mountains and the Laconte Center. We were also pleased to find that there were plenty of amenities nearby, including a mini-golf course, Hardee's, and a fantastic homemade Creamery. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and we were impressed with the well-maintained facilities. The parking was free and convenient, allowing us to easily come and go. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is conveniently located near small theme parks in town and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. There are plenty of activities within walking distance and it is in the center of all the attractions. the beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly.

The hotel lacks proper heating, resulting in cold rooms and halls.
