My stay at Hyatt Place was exceptional. The front desk staff, particularly Karim, were extremely friendly and helpful. They even went above and beyond, getting us milk for our infant and lending us a screwdriver. The proximity to restaurants was also a plus.

Great location, close to all the places we wanted to go, such as Universal Studios and Dodgers stadium. Also walking distance to galleries, bakeries, restaurants, and stores. Staff was super friendly and always greeted us, even at odd hours. Kids loved the breakfast and pool. Will definitely book again for future family vacations.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic - right in the heart of downtown with easy access to great restaurants and shopping. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was well prepared with a variety of food options that were presented nicely. I also appreciated the value for money, as the prices were reasonable for what was offered.

The only small downside was that the laundry washer and dryer didn't work efficiently, and there was an unpleasant smell in the washer.

The spacious rooms and minimalist furniture were just what I was looking for. The breakfast selection was fantastic and the staff, especially Jewel, were caring and attentive. The location was perfect, with the Glendale Galleria Mall within walking distance. The area felt safe and upscale.

The internet speed was slow, so I had to go to a café for faster wifi. Additionally, the parking fee of $25/day was a bit pricey.

The room was so cozy with a lovely seating area and a flat-screen TV. It made me feel like I was chilling at home after a long day of exploring nature.
