Great staff made check-in smooth. room had a lovely kitchenette but some mildew.

the location was nice, but who needs it when the receptionists act like they're auditioning for the role of 'saddest person alive'? no water when I arrived, and when I mentioned it, I got a shrug, not to mention I woudl ve really appreciated a free upgrade as compensation for such inconveniences. devastating, really. almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

The location is fantastic, just blocks from major attractions like the White House and the National Mall. With a CVS right next door and a Whole Foods just three blocks away, it's super convenient. Our room had a kitchenette which made meal prep easy, and it was really spacious, perfect for our group of friends.

absolutley underwhelming stay. and let’s not even discuss how i had to beg for some ice because apparently, the ice machines are extinct here. i expected some sort of compensation for these inconveniences but got nothing. i almost left a good review, but i just couldn’t.

Had a great time here! The shower had this window that just opened for a breeze. Plus, there are so many nice places to eat nearby, the walk to the sights felt great. Surprisingly clean bathroom too, great water pressure! Ah, and bottles of water in the room, just a nice touch, ya know?

A bit pricey, but worth it overall.

The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful , making every request feel welcomed. The location was phenomenal , allowing us to walk to the Lincoln Memorial and other iconic sights easily.

Housekeeping could be a tad quicker with replenishing toiletries. An improvement on the breakfast options would make a great impact.

our tv didn’t work properly. but the location is great for walking. room was spacious with a full-size fridge and stove. even enjoyed the separate dressing area next to the bathroom! !

this hotel was amazin! the location is super close to the lincoln memorial and white house, just a nice little walk. my room had a kitchen and it was really spacious, which was a sweet surprise. staff was always friendly and helpful. They had free water every day. oh, and i loved the little cvs right next door for late-night snacks!

but the breakfast was kinda overpriced and could use more options. also, the ice machines were outta service so i had to go ask for ice.

Had a lovely time at this hotel! The spacious rooms with kitchens were perfect, and the location, just a couple of blocks from the National Mall, made exploring easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, though the cafe hours could be extended for evening snacks. Overall, a delightful experience!

Good Stay with Room for Improvement

Had a cozy stay in a spacious room with a kitchenette, perfect for a couple. The location is great for sightseeing, close to key attractions, yet dining options nearby are limited. The friendly staff were accommodating, but I wished for better communication and a gesture during our day without water. Enjoy the nearby bar for a snack!
