Convenient location with friendly staff

La Quinta By Wyndham Mobile offers a great spot near the Civic Center, making it easy to enjoy nearby food and shopping. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, adding a personal touch to our stay. The breakfast selection was standard but satisfying, providing a nice start to our days.

The location is convenient, easy access to mini golf and bar crawls. Our room had clean sheets, but the floors were sticky and the bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned. Breakfast was decent too.

Clean room, friendly staff with spacious accommodations and a lovely outdoor pool that made for a pleasant stay.

All good.

My stay offered the best of both worlds, being just a quick stroll away from an impressive variety of restaurants and shopping options, with shopping malls and Walmart around the corner, plus attractions like the Charles Wood Japanese Garden and Mobile Museum of Art all within just a short drive, making it easy to soak in the city's charm. The hotel had clean and nice rooms, and breakfast was included, which was a nice touch, but the breakfast options could use a bit more variety to elevate the experience.

The lobby was immaculate and inviting, but that’s where the positives ended. My room was a disarray of debris, stale soda, and unclean surfaces. Allergies flared up from the dust, and the sheer neglect was shocking. The front desk staff was personable and tried their best to address my concerns, which I appreciated. significant issues overshadowed those efforts: bug problems, noise disturbances, and a lack of basic supplies like towels. I was promised a follow-up from management that never came. As frustrating as this experience was, I believe addressing these concerns could enhance future stays significantly. Housekeeping needs a thorough review to restore standards.

The hotel truly welcomes furry friends like no other. I love the pet-friendly vibe and all the nearby restaurants to fill your belly.

But, the place could use a serious deep clean to freshen things up.

It was pricey, that being said, it was still worth the experience.

I found mold in the shower and the place just felt dirty overall. The breakfast was mediocre, too. It’s frustrating to deal with unclean accommodations when you’re just trying to relax during your stay. Definitely bringing my own cleaning supplies next time.

Roaches running across my purse and a chair with what looked like a dead one? Unsettling. The room had crumbs, hairs in the bathroom, and mold in the shower. The hotel lobby was lovely, making the room’s neglect even more striking. A friendly front desk associate made check-in pleasant, but my checkout experience was marred by a rude staff member. I had to drag my belongings after being cussed out. They also charged a holding fee I wasn’t prepared for. The breakfast was mediocre, and good luck blocking the light at night. Striking the balance between location and cleanliness seems crucial.

Just a prime choice for an overnight stop in Mobile with great value-to-price ratio. Staff were very friendly.

Wow, my recent stay was so fab! the location is awesome - so close to many restaurants 🍽️. The room was big and clean, with nice amenities. The only letdown was the breakfast, just okay. Staff was polite. Can't wait to go back!
