I had a fantastic time at Harbor Shores! The location was amazing, with easy access to downtown, piers, restaurants, and shopping. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any needs. The pool looked really fun, although I didn't have a chance to use it. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel was clean and the rooms were well-maintained. I highly recommend Harbor Shores for a great stay in Lake Geneva.

We loved lounging in our room and the convenient location to nearby restaurants and bars. The pool and whirlpool were not crowded, and the housekeeper provided clean towels when we needed them. The continental breakfast had several selections and the pricing was great. Looking forward to coming back!

Gino's East pizza restaurant in the hotel was convenient and delicious. a fantastic stay.

Attending the Lake Geneva Winter Festival and exploring downtown was a breeze thanks to Harbor Shores' perfect location. The spacious and clean rooms, along with the cozy fireplace, made our stay enjoyable. The front desk staff was polite and welcoming, and having games and DVDs available was a nice touch. The cleaning staff did a great job keeping up with the snow and slush. The view from the 5th floor was amazing, allowing us to see everything. The refrigerator, coffee pot, sink, and microwave in the room were definite pluses.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

One downside was that our room had very limited outlets, which made it a bit difficult for us to charge our electronics and use our laptops. It would have been more convenient to have more outlets available.

Additionally, the pool was a luxurious touch, especially being able to sunbathe and have drinks by the pool.

There were some issues with the room. we were given a different room from what we had reserved online, which was disappointing.
