The attached parking garage made it easy to park our car, and the hotel itself was clean and exactly as pictured. The pull-out sofa in our room was comfortable, and the staff was accommodating, even though there was a communication issue with our booking. They comped us the cost of parking for a day, which was a nice gesture.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the old-town area, surrounded by shops and close to the zoo. The rooms are well-lit with excellent views of the downtown area and the bed is very comfortable. The shower in the bathroom is great and the included breakfast is a real treat, especially the fabulous bacon.

We were within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and even art exhibits. The hotel felt secure with the use of key cards in the elevators. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Helmut, Lilli, Aaron, Joe, Megan. We enjoyed the freshly baked cookies at the front desk and found the cleaning staff to be helpful. The front desk staff provided great recommendations for local restaurants, a mini-grocery store, and sightseeing activities. We had a delightful time exploring the city and enjoyed the convenience of everything being within walking distance.
