This hotel is a hidden gem! the location is perfect, conveniently near several key areas like Old Town Scottsdale and upscale shopping at San Tan Village. There are also plenty of restaurant options nearby. Secondly, the service and staff here are outstanding. The desk people, especially Denise and Anthony, were absolute gems and made our stay extra special. Finally, the rooms are fantastic, with great amenities like a microwave and fridge. It's rare to find a hotel with such attention to detail and value for money. Oh, and did I mention that breakfast is included? Such a great perk to start the day!

I got great value for my money at Hyatt Place in Mesa. The room was comfortable, large, and updated, with good amenities on site. The location was also great. The staff was nice and went out of their way to make my stay pleasant, bringing me extra pillows and blankets.

The hotel breakfast could be improved. The hot water for tea had a nasty taste and a brown tinge, likely because it was in a pot that had previously held coffee.

The complementary chocolate eggs left in the room were a nice touch and the jellybeans at the front desk were a fun treat. The location was perfect, close to the highway and restaurants. One of the best things was the pool that had a lot of space to spread out and soak up the sun.

This hotel has an amazing location that is near other restaurants and shopping centers in a safe area in the Phoenix area. The room is spacious with a clean bathroom and friendly service. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of options! There is even a pool with a private atmosphere and waterfall sound. The lobby area is also spacious and works well for gatherings.

It seems that the distance to some job sites may be a bit further than desired for some guests according to a review.
