This hotel is a great value for money, especially considering its prime location on the main boulevard between the two charming areas of the town. The renovated rooms are well-appointed with attention to detail, including a very comfy bed. The breakfast, though with limited options, includes healthy choices and is included in the price.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and downtown shops. Our room had a cozy fireplace that kept us warm on chilly nights. The staff, especially Sheila, was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning for another enjoyable stay. we highly recommend this inn.

The hotel's prime location near Carmel plaza and the beach of Ocean Ave is fantastic. It's within walking distance to all the restaurants and the local live theater. The cleanliness of the room exceeded my expectations, and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was decent, offering a variety of options.

Located near an amazing beach with breathtaking views, we couldn't hear any noise from the street or neighboring rooms. The hotel is situated at the heart of the town with superb cafes surrounding us. The rooms were clean, cozy and comfortable with an extremely large and well-decorated bathroom. The service and staff were outstanding, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was a satisfying and pleasant surprise. The pool and heated fireplace added a touch of luxury and comfort to our stay.

The parking can be quite a challenge, with very tight spaces and limited availability on the hotel's grounds.

We had a wonderful stay at the charming Normandy Inn. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants within walking distance, as well as easy access to the beach. The room was lovely, with a newly remodeled bathroom that was both modern and beautiful. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the linen was high quality. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and the landscaping was stunning, with colorful flowers and flowering bushes. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for restaurants and walks. The heating in the room was excellent, and the shower had excellent water pressure. we had a fantastic experience at the Normandy Inn.

Staying at this hotel was an excellent choice. The location was ideal, situated on the main boulevard, directly in the center of everything. The room amenities were exceptional, with ironing facilities, heating and tea and coffee facilities. The breakfast provided was impeccable, with fresh bagels, muffins and jam. The staff provided excellent service.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family looking for a relaxing stay with excellent amenities.

I absolutely loved the friendly and old school service at this cute little inn. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were modern. The location was excellent, close to stores and just a few blocks from the beach. The pool was heated and the bed and pillows were really comfy. The inn was beautifully decorated and had a lovely atmosphere. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. a great experience.

I recently stayed at a charming inn in Carmel and had a delightful experience. The ambiance was sweet and the location was perfect, just minutes away from downtown. The newly renovated bathrooms were clean and spacious, a pleasant surprise that wasn't mentioned on check-in. The rooms, though quaint, were comfortable and adequate in size. The inn itself had a lovely old-world charm, in line with Carmel's style. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as the complimentary coffee/tea/sherry upon arrival and the beautiful flowers throughout the property. Lastly, the staff was exceptional, providing superb service and making us feel right at home. a wonderful stay.

The rooms were nice and clean, and the landscaping of the property was absolutely gorgeous. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the town with all of the shops and restaurants. We didn't have any trouble finding parking either.

We had a few issues during our stay. we were overcharged for our reservation and it took multiple phone calls to get it resolved.

The Normandy Inn was a delightful retreat during my visit to Carmel-by-the-Sea. The vintage Carmel Cottage I stayed in had beautiful partial views of the ocean and was incredibly spacious. The location was perfect, within a short walk to the boutiques and restaurants of Carmel Plaza, and near the beach.

the staff noisily cleaning rooms from 7 am was a bit of an inconvenience. Nonetheless, these were minor drawbacks in an otherwise charming stay at this romantic French country inn.

This hotel has a great location, right on the main boulevard between the two sides of the area on a hill. It's a wonderful value for the price and the staff is very attentive to details. The rooms are comfortable with very cozy beds and basic amenities are provided. Breakfast is served with plenty of healthy options to choose from.
