The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. the rooms were spotless and well-maintained. Also, the breakfast provided was outstanding, with a wide variety of hot and cold options that were both delicious and nutritious. Another advantage was the convenient location, with a popular shopping center just a short walk away.

One of the drawbacks was the crowded parking situation. Without designated parking, finding a spot was difficult and we had to park quite far from the hotel.

We loved the friendly staff, clean rooms, and convenient location in a bustling shopping center with plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast options were wonderful and we felt safe during our stay.

This hotel is located in the center of a great outdoor mall, surrounded by many great restaurants to choose from. We were pleased with the basic amenities provided, and especially appreciated the spacious rooms, which comfortably accommodated our family of five. The accessible tub was a nice touch. Also, having a window facing the shopping center was convenient.

The hotel could improve by better marking the check-in area for guests upon arrival.

As a family of five, we had a great stay at Hyatt Place. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a separate sitting area and comfortable beds. The hotel's location was fantastic, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The lobby had a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the refreshing fruit water in the front area and appreciated being so close to Lagoon Park. the hotel had beautiful decorations and provided a wonderful experience.

The room size and furnishings were excellent, better than what I usually expect from this type of hotel. Additionally, the location of the hotel couldn't be better. It was right in the heart of the shopping district, making it convenient for all our shopping needs. We had a great time exploring the nearby stores and restaurants.

One of the downsides of our stay was the lack of parking close to the hotel. We had to park quite far away, which was inconvenient, especially when carrying our luggage.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place. The pool and hot tub were great, and the location is ideal for shopping and dining. The comfortable bed and clean room made for a relaxing stay. I appreciated the ample lighting and variety of channels on the TV. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great time staying here! This place is located in the center of a shopping mall, so we didn't have to go elsewhere to eat or shop. There are many great restaurants to choose from, and the outdoor mall was the perfect place to spend the day. The service, including room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping, was exceptional. We also enjoyed the terrace and garden furniture that was perfect for relaxing. Moreover, the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were amazing, and we spent a lot of time there!

This hotel is located in a great area, right in the center of an outdoor mall with a large shopping area and many great restaurants to choose from. The rooms are spacious enough for our family of five and we were pleasantly surprised to find one with an accessible tub. Additionally, the window in our room faced the shopping center, which was a nice bonus. The included breakfast was a great way to start our day.
