The hotel has excellent access to Quincy market area, tourist areas, a shopping center, and the beautiful back bay. The rooms are spacious and well designed, with comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. The gym is excellent, and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The executive studio and the Corner King are recommended for their amenities, and both have fantastic views of the city.

The hotel lacks room slippers, which would have been a nice touch for guests.

Great mall location with good restaurants nearby. Friendly humor-filled front desk and management that solved a reservation error quickly with an upgrade to the Presidential Suite at full occupancy. Excellent hospitality and scenic views made for a comfortable stay.

Our stay at the Westin was very pleasant. The hotel is in an ideal location with numerous shops and restaurants nearby. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite with Club Lounge access. The breakfast and canapes were excellent and Leila was particularly attentive. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.
