The room was HUGE! ! My stepdaughter walked in and said, 'This is so sick! ' The view of the bustling city was a highlight for us! Also, the fast elevators made our comings and goings smooth and fast — didn't have to wait around like at other places.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was acceptable for what we got.

Request a higher floor for stunning city views, and consider accessing Westin Club for complimentary snacks and breakfast options throughout the day.

The spacious corner king room offered stunning city views and the inviting atmosphere of the lobby made for a pleasant hangout after a long day. The bar and lounge provided excellent service, particularly with their notable food options, which included delicious raw fish. However, the check-in process was chaotic with long lines, and the upgrade to a renovated room came with some issues, including noise from a loud toilet and signs of inadequate cleaning, which left a less than ideal impression. For the price, a more polished experience is expected.

the river view from our room was stunning. the location was ideal, super close to great restaurants and shops. we loved the friendly receptionist who helped us with everything. There were lots of elevators without any wait. also, the access to the westin club lounge with its exclusive benefits was a sweet touch!

The chaotic check-in experience could use some refinement!!! High parking fees feel like price gouging, especially given the quality of service!!! Maintaining consistent water pressure in showers would greatly enhance comfort during stays!!! Those plumbing noises can be quite obnoxious!!!

Had a boss stay, la! The views from our room on the 30th floor were dead sound, right over the river. Staff were lovely, but they could've sorted out the room issue a bit better—felt a bit uneasy for a while. Overall, a fab location near everything.

Just an appropriate option for one night in Boston with good price-quality ratio. The view from the room on the 25th floor was a highlight of my stay. Request a high floor for the best views.
