We had a great time during our new year stay at the resort. the views were absolutely stunning, and the food was delicious. We loved that the rooms were well-maintained and the housekeeping staff made sure everything was clean and stocked each day. the location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and the resort offered bikes and golf carts for convenient travel within the property.

There were a few aspects that we didn't enjoy as much. the activities outside the resort that were marketed to us felt a bit pushy, and we would have preferred less solicitation.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Kelvin and Raphael provided excellent service. The atmosphere was nice and the pools were awesome. The food at the buffet restaurant in Circle was excellent. The general manager, Adriane Romero, was hands-on and ensured everything ran smoothly.

Amazing beach experience at Paradisus! The beach was stunning, and we enjoyed long walks along the shore. The pool was beautiful and relaxing, and the staff provided excellent service. The food at the restaurants was delicious, especially the Japanese and seafood options. The housekeeping service was top-notch, and the grounds were well-maintained. we had a wonderful time and would recommend this hotel.

As a solo traveler, I loved the excellent service and friendly staff, especially bartenders Lucia and Luis, and supervisor Luis. The beach and pools were clean, and the food was tasty and fresh. The facilities, gardens, and spa were well-maintained. The Gabi Bar offered a peaceful and beautiful view of the sea, sail boats, and paragliders. The buffet had different options every day and the facilities were great.

I felt so much at home, no complaints.

Beautiful wide beach with many swimming pools. Polite and attentive concierge service. Italian restaurant dishes were nice. Nice collaboration with Suda for yoga classes. Rooms are nicely renovated.

The bed was comfortable, and the beach view from the room was stunning. the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful.

The room was dirty when we checked in, with dried contact lenses on the nightstand and dust and dirt on the end tables. the hotel did not provide any assistance when my wife got sick from their food and uncleanliness.

Crystal clear water and soft, white sand made it the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. the pool area was also well-maintained and offered a refreshing escape from the heat. Another great aspect was the variety of activities available, including water sports and live entertainment, ensuring there was never a dull moment during our stay.

There were a few things that detracted from our overall experience. the restaurant reservations system was frustratingly difficult to navigate, making it almost impossible to secure a dinner reservation.

The general manager, Adriane Romero, was also hands-on, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The room in The Circle with a view of the resort was amazing, and the food at the buffet was a pleasant surprise. The beautiful beach and great location were a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the variety of daily activities and workshops offered at Paradisus Palma Real, including dance lessons and mixology classes.

The hotel's amazing beach and beautiful gardens were a highlight of our stay. the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, always willing to help with any issues or requests. One of the best aspects was the variety of food and drink options, with something for everyone's taste.

Additionally, when my wife fell ill from the hotel's food, the staff showed little desire to help and refused to extend our stay or provide any assistance.

During our Christmas vacation, we had a fantastic time at the resort. the property was well-maintained and the staff were very helpful. We were able to easily arrange outings, such as snorkeling on a catamaran, thanks to the tours service. the location, right on the beach, was perfect for us. We also enjoyed playing golf on the lovely golf course.

There were some aspects of our stay that could have been improved. the service at the buffet restaurant was lacking, with rude and unhelpful staff.

The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the Reserve beach area and fantastic fine dining experiences in the restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided excellent service. Special shout-outs to Lucia and Luis at the lobby bar, Felipe our concierge, and Leandro at the steakhouse.

The upgraded Royal service was worth the extra cost, as it provided a private beach, personal butler, and exclusive restaurants. The beds in the room were comfortable, and both the beach and pool offered ample seating options. it was a pleasant and relaxing experience.
