However, the place had its fair share of issues. The cleanliness could be improved significantly. there were reports of dirty appliances and stained linens, especially with visible grime in the bathrooms. One guest mentioned being startled by staff who entered their room unannounced, which isn't exactly reassuring. The furnishings were outdated and a bit worn down, leaving the overall vibe lacking. There was noise from neighboring rooms and the pool area that could disrupt your peace. Some guests complained about requests for extra towels being dismissed, which is a bit frustrating when you're on vacation. The parking situation was tricky, located far from the entrance, which added unnecessary hassle.

The beach access was fantastic, and the variety of pool options kept my family entertained all day. Our upgraded room on the 18th floor offered stunning panoramic views that truly enhanced our vacation experience.

Had a delightful birthday weekend! The place was bright and clean. The pools and lazy river made it a blast. The bed was so comfy, my husband didn't hear me complain all weekend long – a miracle!

But good heavens, the decor felt like it was stuck in a time warp!
