We loved the location of this venue - right on the beach front with easy access to shops and restaurants. The staff had excellent customer service and went above-and-beyond to accommodate their guests. We also enjoyed the leisure swimming pool and the bar with its own happy hour.

That there weren't many sun loungers available. However, we would still recommend this hotel for families due to its great amenities and friendly staff. we had a great time here.

We loved being on the ocean front, just steps away from the beach. The location is perfect for those wanting to be close to the action on South Beach. The staff were friendly, providing fantastic service. The rooms were thoughtfully designed, with great amenities including a pool and gym. We appreciated having a mini fridge for our drinks and snacks.

The cleaning could have been better, although we did not mind the occasional sand and eyelash that we found around the room.

This hotel is a great value for money with a beautiful interior design, cozy rooms with queen size beds and a stunning sea view. The location is perfect as it's close to the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Breakfast is also included, which is a nice touch. As someone who loves a good pool, I can say that the Strawberry Moon pool is absolutely adorable and a must-visit spot.

The hotel has a great location near the beach and offers a beautiful infrastructure. During Christmas, they offered complimentary champagne and cookies, which was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is overpriced and not worth the money. The rooms are small and lack basic amenities such as coffee machines and decent sized fridges. The cleaning service was subpar and towels and shower gel were not replaced regularly. Additionally, the pool area was crowded and chairs were reserved for external guests, making it difficult for paying guests to enjoy. I would not recommend this hotel.
