The indoor pool and jacuzzi were nice, and the balcony overlooking the lake was a bonus. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The resort had a wide range of amenities and activities including mini golf, pool tables, ping pong tables, shuffleboard, a gymnasium.

I loved the attention to detail in the rooms, especially the round beds with light-up ceiling tiles that made it feel like you were sleeping under the stars. The staff were friendly and the basic amenities were well-maintained. Additionally, the location of this hotel in a nice area added to the overall pleasant experience.

We had a wonderful time at Pocono Palace Resort for our Anniversary. The room was exceptional and clean, and the staff at the front desk was awesome. We were allowed to check in early, and the amenities included, like indoor mini golf, pool tables, and a gymnasium, were unreal. The access to all the recreational activities, like golf, biking, and boating, made our stay even more enjoyable. The evening entertainment with comedians and live music was a great bonus. We will definitely be back!

Room upgrades were noticeable and amenities plentiful. Enjoyed the in-room pool and champagne glass jacuzzi. Even though we had a minor issue with maintenance, the staff was quick to resolve it. we had a great time and will definitely return.

I recently stayed at a resort in East Stroudsburg for a weekend getaway with my husband. We had an amazing time at Pocono Palace Resort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pool was sparkling clean. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, and our room was spotless. The meals at the resort were delicious, and all of the staff were incredibly helpful and eager to make our stay memorable. There were plenty of nearby activities for younger visitors, which was a huge plus!

The room was romantic, with a peaceful lake view. The activity room was a good hangout spot. The breakfast was amazing. Had a really good time, would definitely come back.

The resort offered a variety of activities and entertainment, from nature walks to horse-drawn carriage rides, and there were great options for dining, with a delicious steak and lobster night and an expansive buffet. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, making our stay a very pleasant experience. The view of the lake was scenic and relaxing, which added to our weekend getaway.

Some areas of the resort could use updating, such as the interior decor and pool maintenance.

Check, in was fast and the staff were friendly. the room was clean and the jacuzzi was awesome. We loved the fun and entertaining activities available, such as rowboating, golfing, and comedy shows. the location was convenient and there were nearby restaurants to dine at.

The food was not good and we regretted choosing the all, inclusive option. the frisbee golf area was poorly marked and one of the frisbee golf setups was broken.

My husband and I stayed at this resort for our anniversary, and it was the perfect place to fulfill my bucket list items. The heart shaped swimming pool, circular bed, and 7 foot tall champagne glass Jacuzzi were incredible. The property upkeep is fantastic, with a beautiful view of the lake from our balcony. The happy hour DJ was great, and we enjoyed hiking around the lake and exploring nature. The breakfast and games on the campus were enjoyable, and the bar atmosphere was welcoming. The room we stayed in was amazing, with starlights and mirrors around the champagne Jacuzzi.

The private indoor pool in the Fantasy Apple suite was a highlight of our stay. We loved having the luxury of swimming and relaxing in our own space. The view from the private balcony overlooking the lake was breathtaking. Despite some small issues, overall we had a wonderful experience at Pocono Palace Resort. I would definitely recommend it for a romantic getaway.
