The noise level in our room was disruptive, lacking proper soundproofing. Security staff displayed a concerning lack of professionalism. Their comments felt dismissive and unwelcoming. For travelers needing convenience and accessibility, this hotel has potential. Unfortunately, disappointing service and inadequate facilities overshadow a prime location. The location was perfect, super easy to get around, especially with kids. Big rooms, comfy beds, and bathrooms were spacious. We got an awesome view from the 18th floor! Loved having Starbucks and Ruth Chris Steakhouse right there. Fitness centre was a nice perk too. Staff were friendly, except for the rude omlette lady.

The river arch view is jaw-dropping. Staff at breakfast serve smiles faster than the coffee.

Breakfast caught me off guard at $50 for two, and parking wasn’t complimentary, which felt unusual. The bar remained closed despite misleading check-in info. A mixed stay with standout moments but also a few frustrations that still linger.

The facility was spotless, making me feel right at home! The amazing staff, especially Anna, went above and beyond to help me find the perfect local spot for gluten-free dining. Plus, the deluxe room with a panoramic view of the arch was simply unforgettable!

During my Xmas stay, the staff was super friendly and the room was spotless clean. The rapid guest service response was impressive. The hotel's location steps away from the Arch and close to major highways made it easy to explore the city quickly.

Valet parking was the only option, which added to the overall experience. I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff throughout the stay, despite some challenges faced during check-in.
