O wow, where to start. Elevators took forever, 15 min wait was absolutely ridiculous. And sleeping in a room that was 65 degrees, totally not acceptable. I almost thought about leaving a good review, but with the lack of special treatment like a room upgrade, I just couldn't. The noise from the hall was something else too. Never going back.

The location is unbeatable! ! Just steps away from the Arch, making sightseeing a breeze. The room was decently sized and well-lit after our upgrade.

Cleanliness left much to be desired, with visible mold in bathrooms and dirty floors troubling our comfort. The expensive parking fees could also drain your pocket.

The parking situation is a nightmare with high fees and limited spaces!!! Poor cleanliness standards in rooms leave much to be desired!!! Noisy from events and neighboring rooms disrupt any chance of peace!!! Maintenance seems non-existent!!!

All my thoughts, no sugarcoating

The location can't be beat, right by the Arch! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was spacious with great water pressure. Although I faced check-in delays, the friendly staff made up for it. Just be prepared for the pricey valet parking, which can be a headache in busy times.

It was just a proper fit for a couple of nights in Saint Louis with decent value for money. The room was large and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. Be prepared for the pricey valet parking, though, especially during busy times.

the hyatt regency is in a great location, just steps from the arch. the breakfast restaurant was really good and the staff were all super nice. rooms were clean and well-kept. i appreciate how spacious everything felt too.

the staff was cold and unhelpful, not making the experience welcoming at all (kinda disappointing! ). the room was clean and spacious. The view of the arch was beautiful! ! parking was convenient too, with easy access to the lobby.

We had a fantastic group vacation! The fitness center was top-notch, open 24 hours, and we enjoyed biking on local trails. Also, the St Louis Wheel was a blast! Just a heads-up, parking can be pricey. I'd recommend checking out the breakfast, it was really good!

One downside was that my room had some cleanliness issues. I found hair on the bed and in the bathroom, which was disappointing. Hopefully, this is something they can improve on.
