Exceptional walkable access to key attractions and fantastic amenities

During my stay, I found the hotel to be perfectly situated just a short drive from South Beach, making it easy to explore the lively atmosphere and beautiful scenery while enjoying a refreshing beach stroll; additionally, there are great dining options nearby like La Palapa Hondurena and Pollo Tropical less than a kilometer away, and the hotel itself offers great amenities like friendly staff, a fantastic hot breakfast, and a late-night pool. A minor downside was the restaurant's high prices, but the food was well worth it.

Roxana Salazar is a gem. Her service was exceptional. We arrived early, yet she was accommodating and kept us informed about our room availability. The bed was comfortable, and my husband enjoyed the breakfast. Cleanliness stood out, though some furniture needs updating. The shuttle service was reliable too. On the flip side, some guests noted serious issues—bedbugs, rude staff, and cleanliness problems. A significant contrast to our experience. Consistent service is crucial for hotels. If the hospitality industry wants repeat clientele, they must listen to feedback and enforce standards. Excelling in service and cleanliness ensures that guests leave satisfied, not frustrated. This establishment has potential; it just needs to address its shortcomings.

The heating in the room was adequate, keeping us warm during the cooler evenings. the air conditioning seemed a bit inconsistent, leading to some discomfort at times. The sitting area in the room was spacious and allowed us to relax after a long day of conferences. Unfortunately, the terrace was not as inviting as we had hoped, lacking proper seating and ambiance. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, but the quality could be improved for a higher-end hotel like Embassy Suites. The flat-screen TV in the room was a good size, but the picture quality was subpar, with a fuzzy and staticky display. The carpeted floor in the room was in need of a thorough cleaning, as there were noticeable stains. We opted for room service one evening, and while the food was satisfactory, the service was slow and not as attentive as expected. the housekeeping service was lacking, with a dirty bathroom and a lack of attention to detail in cleaning. The laundry service was also disappointing, as our clothes were not properly cleaned and ironed. Although the hotel offers an airport shuttle service, the lack of structure and organization made it difficult to rely on for transportation. We ended up having to take an Uber to ensure we made it to the airport on time.

The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, which made for a restful night. The air conditioning was impressively quiet—definitely a standout feature compared to other hotels. I did experience noise from neighboring elevators and train sounds outside. While the sockets were initially nonfunctional, maintenance promptly resolved the issue. Breakfast featured a great selection, including made-to-order omelettes and a variety of buffet items, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The pool and fitness center were well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of the stay.
