We had an amazing stay at Hyatt in Union Square. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They were incredibly accommodating, even helping us set up our Wii console at 2am. the front desk staff was always prompt and attentive, answering our calls and addressing our needs quickly. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to both the West and East Villages and close proximity to public transportation. the on-site dining options were great, and our rooms were spacious and comfortable.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in a great part of town and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Broadway and in a nice area. The hotel staff were super nice, intelligent, and always in good spirits. They provided excellent service, from the room service to the bell staff/porter. The room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfy. The hotel also offered a variety of amenities, including a dining restaurant, a bar/lounge area, and a fitness center. I was particularly impressed with the outstanding staff, from housekeeping to management, who treated me so kindly upon check-in. I can't wait to book my next stay here.

I could easily walk to most attractions or hop on the Subway to explore the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with beautifully upgraded rooms and a well-equipped gym. Additionally, the staff provided impeccable service. They were friendly, courteous, and always went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, and I especially enjoyed the nice little touches like complimentary cookies and hot chocolate.

We stayed at Hyatt Union Square for our anniversary and they went above and beyond to make it special. The room was beautifully designed, and the view of the city was fantastic. They even left us a bottle of wine to celebrate. The restaurant had delicious food and great mimosas for breakfast. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to our daughter's university and had plenty of amenities nearby.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the hotel was always kept clean and tidy. The breakfast was great and the cocktails were wonderful. We stayed in a double corner room, which was perfect for watching the world go by. We even had a stunning view of the Empire State Building! As tourists, we really appreciated the location because it felt more authentic and less crowded than the touristy areas. However, it was still easy to get to all the major attractions - just about an hour's walk to the Ground Zero area and Central Park.

We felt right at home during our stay and had no complaints.

We found the staff to be exceptional, especially one outstanding member from housekeeping to management. Their service was prompt and they greeted us in such a kind manner upon check-in by both the doorman and the reception desk staff.

Although the terrace had no view from the second floor, it was private. We slept well as the bedding was comfortable and the room had air conditioning.
