Spacious, clean rooms with antique décor, comfortable beds, and above adequate bathrooms. Friendly staff, close to downtown with a quiet location.

My stay at this historical inn was fantastic! The staff made me feel like their top priority. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Although I couldn't enjoy the breakfast due to my early schedule, I remembered how lovely it was from my last stay. I highly recommend this charming inn.

Our stay at the Inn was charming and filled with old-fashioned character. The antique furniture and hardwood floors added a cozy touch, making us feel like we were visiting our grandma's house. Despite its outdated decor, the room was clean and comfortable.

There were a few drawbacks. The lack of an elevator made it difficult to bring our suitcases upstairs, and we had to prop open the windows due to broken sash cords.

The staff offers excellent service and is attentive to detail, making sure that everything is in good condition including the rooms, which are cozy and comfortable. Additionally, breakfast is delicious and offers a good array of options.

The bathroom fan could use some improvement.

The complimentary coffee and Wi-Fi were great perks during my business trip. the location was also convenient, with several restaurants and stores in walking distance. the bed was comfortable and provided a great night’s sleep.

My overall experience was not very pleasant. the cleanliness of the room was subpar, and the bathroom was in desperate need of maintenance.

The rooms are comfortable with cozy beds and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the hotel is in close proximity to the historical Fredricksburg area, providing easy access to explore the city's rich history and heritage.

One drawback is that some common areas in the hotel appear worn and the carpeting seems dirty.
