I had the BEST stay at this B&B! The chateau, grounds, gardens, and interior were outstanding. The view from my balcony was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking miles of forest, farms, hills, lakes, and even a view of the State Capital in Madison. Every detail was well thought out and appointed perfectly. I truly felt like I was transported to another place and time. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking was convenient and transportation options were easily accessible. The location was perfect, with wonderful common areas that invited long conversations as well as quiet reading time. The staff was exceptional, providing hiking maps and even a glass of iced tea upon arrival. The breakfast each morning was gourmet and gave me a fantastic start to my day.

As adventure travelers, we absolutely loved the groomed hiking trails on the 40+ wooded acres of the inn. The private balcony of the Tepee room offered a stunning view of Lake Wisconsin. The hosts, Dave and Trudy, were incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing us with recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The gourmet breakfasts each morning were a fantastic start to our adventurous days. The inn also had a beautiful grounds with various bird species, including hummingbirds, and we enjoyed meeting other guests during our stay.

We stayed in the Tepee room, which had a balcony offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, including the State Capital in Madison. The attention to detail throughout the property was impeccable, and the owners, Dave and Trudy, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The gourmet breakfast each morning was a fantastic start to our day. The property itself is stunning, with beautiful gardens and well-marked trails. We truly felt transported to another time and place.

I recently stayed at a charming B&B in Wisconsin for a relaxing weekend getaway. The hospitality at this hidden gem was outstanding, with Dave and Trudy as the amazing innkeepers. The location was convenient yet private, offering breathtaking views of Lake Wisconsin. The property had well-maintained hiking trails on over 40 acres of wooded land. The Bordeaux room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a two-person hot tub. it was truly a slice of heaven.

Clean rooms, beautiful property, helpful hosts, delicious breakfasts, convenient location.

The hotel is located atop the 3rd highest elevation in the state, offering a spectacular view of Lake Wisconsin in the distance. The rooms are very spacious and spotless, with a king-size bed, HDTV, and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and whirlpool tub. The attention to detail is exceptional, from the comfortable bed to the beautiful view from the hot tub. The breakfast provided by Trudy is a delightful experience, with delicious meals and a chance to spot hummingbirds and deer.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

The customer service was lacking, with staff members not being very attentive or helpful. the hotel lacked certain amenities, such as a gym or swimming pool, that would have been nice to have during my stay.
