We could easily explore all the attractions on foot, including the Freedom Trail and restaurants by the water. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and the corner room had a great bathtub. The 24-hour workout room was convenient, and the location was fantastic. The concierge team, managed by Rob and Joe, did an excellent job, especially Javer who helped with our luggage. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay at this hotel on the waterfront in Boston. The location was perfect, right next to the Aquarium and in the financial district. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do while in this city. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our check-in and check-out process a breeze. a fantastic experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Intercontinental! The harbor view was breathtaking, and the living area was just the right size. The sushi/tequila bar downstairs was fantastic, and the late night room service was top-notch.

The waterfront view from our room was breathtaking and even on a rainy day, it was still a sight to see. The buffet breakfast at the hotel was extensive and delicious, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the location of the hotel was superb, with easy access to South Station, restaurants, and other notable points of interest.

The room I was assigned was quite far from the elevator, which was a bit inconvenient. Furthermore, the noise level in my room was higher than expected, with noise coming from a nearby stair, service room, and storage room. This affected the overall tranquility of the stay.
