We recently stayed at this hotel and were very impressed with its location between two busy office buildings and across a mall. Despite the busy area near Westshore Mall, the hotel was very quiet and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the room amenities including the air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and mini-bar. The staff were always friendly and helpful, providing exceptional service from the moment we checked in.

That the staff does not seem to be trained in the same manner, providing a slight inconsistency in the customer service experience. However, we would still recommend this place to our family and friends.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to the airport and major malls. The parking was free and convenient, with direct elevator access to the lobby. The room was clean and spacious, with large and very comfortable beds. The air con system was quiet and kept the room at a comfortable temperature.

Tribute Portfolio hotel was a nice surprise, with great amenities like bathrobes, toiletries, and a mini-fridge. The pool area was small but comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

During our stay at The Westshore Grand, we were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable bed and clean room. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with a variety of restaurants, stores, and a movie theater within walking distance. The view from our room was also nice, giving us a glimpse of the lobby and the offices across from us. The shower provided a refreshing experience with its different pressure wash options. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.

Great stay near luxury restaurants and shops for a unique shopping experience. Also easy access to Schulla's restaurant, right across from the mall, to enjoy a delicious late night snack. Clean room with all necessary amenities and comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. Helpful staff always ready to assist and provide prompt service. Fantastic breakfast provided with various options for all tastes.

Only aspect to improve is the shuttle service that should start earlier in the morning for guests with early flights, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

As a budget traveler, I really appreciated the complimentary drinks and the helpfulness of the staff, especially Gary. The location was great and the hotel itself was beautiful with floor to ceiling windows that offered stunning sunset views. The room was spacious, well-decorated, and had a comfortable bed. The Shula's restaurant on the ground floor served excellent burgers.

We recently stayed at a hotel for Thanksgiving and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and happy hour drinks. the hotel was located conveniently close to the beach and local attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for local restaurants.

The room was a bit outdated and the bathroom was not very clean. the pool area was also disappointing and needed to be cleaned more often.
