Chur, the shuttle service was mean and saved us heaps on parking! But, the room felt a bit outdated. Still, the live music at the Commodore Grill was sweet as!

Also, having to waste water waiting for hot water was an absolute travesty. You'd think after that, I'd get a complimentary snack or something, but no, just left feeling like a regular guest, how disheartening.

The room had a nice view and was close to the stadium. Loved the cozy vibe, but the musty smell was a bit of a downer. Plus, having to chase down help for parking was a fun little workout!

Hot water? What’s that? I couldn't tell if I was showering or auditioning for a survival show! And security was about as reliable as a chocolate teapot.

The staff were sharp-sharp and super friendly, especially that chommie IVY at the diner, best service ever, I swear! Shuttles were a lifesaver getting to the strip. Our room was clean and lekker comfy, and the view of the stadium was a proper treat!

My wife says that they need to upgrade the TV in the rooms.

The hotel offers a free shuttle service that takes you to downtown, a clean pool to chill at, and cucumber water that was a refreshing treat. Gavin made our anniversary extra special by holding our bags when we arrived early.
