For the money we paid, we got great value from our stay at this beautiful hotel. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions like Bellagio and Villa Carlotta. The staff at Grand Hotel Tremezzo treated us like royalty, with warm and friendly service that made us feel right at home.

The breakfast menu could have been more varied, offering a wider range of options to cater to different tastes.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay very enjoyable. the beautiful views from the hotel were a highlight, especially from the breakfast restaurant and my room. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, with only a 10-minute walk to the closest ferry.

There was nothing negative to mention about my experience at this hotel. Everything was fantastic and exceeded my expectations.

Amazing seafood and pizza. Beautiful and decadent breakfast buffet with a view. Elegant and not stuffy decor. Boat ride on the lake. Idyllic hotel experience.

The hotel is located in a picturesque spot, right by the ferry stop, making it convenient for exploring the beautiful area. The water taxi from Lenno takes you directly to the hotel, giving you a stunning view of the lake along the way. The room I stayed in had a spacious and beautiful bathroom, and the service provided by the staff was excellent. The breakfast had a good range of options and the view from the La Terrazza restaurant was breathtaking.

The food and drinks in the restaurant were quite pricey, which was a disappointment considering the quality.

The rooms had stunning views and comfy beds. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel like family. The hotel facilities were exceptional, with three pools, including one in the lake. The atmosphere was great and the food in the restaurants was excellent.

There were a couple of disappointing experiences during my stay. the service was not up to par with a 5, star hotel.

We were lucky enough to spend a weekend at this hotel. the breakfast was very nice and we had some complementary drinks during our stay which was a nice touch. the location is perfect, with beautiful views of the lake from our room. Another advantage was the pool and garden area, which were very well maintained and clean.

Our experience was not all positive. the prices for food and drink were also quite high, but that was to be expected in such a popular tourist destination.

I had the most incredible stay at this hotel! The staff was exceptional, from the friendly Ana, Kiko, and David who went above and beyond, to the knowledgeable and helpful team at the T-Spa. The hotel grounds were immaculate, and the rooms were beautifully designed with great amenities. The views of the beach and mountains were breathtaking. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with multiple pools and a fantastic Terrazza restaurant. It was also conveniently located, allowing easy access to other parts of the lake.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel with the most breathtaking views. The three different swimming pools catered to all our needs, whether we wanted to relax or enjoy the warm water. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel staff were friendly and always ready to help. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience and would love to stay again.

Oh my, this hotel is absolute perfection! The location is breathtaking and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They really went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The food options were plentiful and delicious, with a restaurant, wine and fondue bar, and a regular bar. The pools, both in the garden and on their beach by the lake, were simply stunning. As young families, we loved the ample activities and recommendations provided by the staff. Truly, one of the most beautiful places we've ever been to.

We felt incredibly happy with our stay - absolutely no complaints at all!
