Yet, noise issues from outside disrupted tranquility! Plus, some restaurants were frequently booked, limiting our dining options during our stay.

i was truly excited to stay at this so-called ‘grand’ hotel, but alas, it was defintely a letdown. the food selection was limited and frankly, not freesh at all. also, how could i have proper sleep with the noise from the hallway? a welcome gift would have easily brightened my stay, but no such luck. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Don't miss the unique floating pool experience. it offers breathtaking lake views and is a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

The room was flipping gorgeous, with stunning views of the lake. The staff were chommies, super accommodating and made my birthday weekend really special! The breakfast buffet was like a little piece of heaven, especially those pastries and Prosecco for a cheeky mimosa!

However, some of the facilities were a bit noisy, had a few late-night disturbances from other guests.

The lights in my room didn’t work, so I had to play hide and seek with the maintenance guy. And honestly, who thought a key door was still a thing—so 1920s!

As soon as we arrived, we felt like we were stepping onto a movie set—everyone smiling at us, the vibe was totally different from the last place we stayed. The infinity pool wowed us, and the attention from the staff made us feel like we were the kings of Italy for a few days.

It wasn’t exactly wallet-friendly , but honestly, I think it was worth it for the service we received.

My stay was absolutely magical, especially waking up to the lovely lake views and enjoying the delicious breakfast buffet with a huge selection that truly started my days off right. what's even better is that you're just a short walk from some beautiful landmarks, like the Chiesa della Madonna Nera just steps away and the scenic Lido di Bellagio just under 2 km away, perfect for a leisurely stroll by the water.

We stayed for one night to enjoy some sightseeing around the area, and the experience was unforgettable. The beautiful property exceeded our expectations, with stunning views and exceptional service that made our special occasion truly memorable. We were treated to a fantastic breakfast in an enchanting setting, which everyone in our group loved. I'm eager to return for a longer stay next time!
