The fitness center and pool were excellent. The staff was friendly and the decor was lovely. The location was perfect. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The facilities in the room were good.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and had a coffee maker. The bed sheets were incredibly soft, and we enjoyed the partial view of Michigan Avenue. The size of the room was impressive, and the furnishings were lovely. The location of this hotel was incredible, right in the heart of the shopping, eating, and sightseeing district on Michigan Ave. The staff were courteous and friendly, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We loved the pool and spa facilities, and there were plenty of restaurants both within the hotel and in the surrounding area. This hotel was exactly what we were looking for in our staycation.

Starbucks in the lobby and close proximity to other cafes and shops. a pleasant and convenient stay.

This hotel is in a great location for everything to do downtown, and is situated in a very nice area with lots of shops and restaurants on Michigan Ave. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and our rooms had everything we needed, including two bathrooms and all facilities. We also appreciated that breakfast was included in our rate with a voucher.

We absolutely loved staying at this 4-star hotel in downtown. It was perfectly located and made it convenient for us to explore all the hotspots in the area. The staff here were friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we could ask for. The hotel itself had a lot of old world charm, with lovely architecture and elegant décor. We especially enjoyed the pool area, which was beautifully maintained and a great place to relax. our stay here was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again.

As foreign tourists, we loved the fascinating history of the pool and the beautiful pool itself. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with great amenities including a comfortable bed and robes. The morning buffet on the second floor was delightful. The helpfulness of the staff, especially the concierge, made our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the convenient location, with great shopping just outside.

I recently stayed at the Intercontinental in a perfect location for exploring the city. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond to return my daughter's lost laptop. The room was clean and comfortable, with a superb location that allowed us to walk to almost everything. The friendly staff and comfortable beds added to the positive experience.

The location of the hotel is ideal for attending events at the University of Chicago/Booth, as it is conveniently situated on Michigan Avenue in downtown. The rooms are comfortable, with clean bathrooms and satisfactory service. The breakfast offers a decent variety, and some rooms even offer a pleasant view of the surroundings. the hotel provides facilities like a pool and a lobby that are visually appealing and well-maintained.

The check-in and check-out processes can be chaotic, with overcrowded lobby and long wait times for retrieving bags at the bell desk.

Great location, close to the river. Easy commute from the airport. the room was spacious with a comfortable bed.

The soundproofing was poor, we could hear noise from the neighboring room which was quite bothersome. the quality of the toilet paper and tissue was not up to par for a 4-star hotel.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city, near many of the famous landmarks and wine bars. From the higher floors, guests can enjoy great views of the city skyline and surrounding areas. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff is responsive to guests' needs. Additionally, the hotel offers a pool and other facilities to guests.

The service in some areas of the hotel needs improvement.

The location of the hotel was excellent! It was within walking distance to major attractions such as Navy Pier, Millennium Park, Art Institute of Chicago, and the River Walk. Being able to explore these places without having to use transportation was a huge plus. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. They were always available to answer our questions and assist with any needs we had.

The hotel even had a spa and wellness center with an indoor swimming pool, perfect for some relaxation and pampering.
