The hotel staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The room itself was kept clean and in decent repair, perfect for a quick overnight stay before our early flight.

However, the shuttle service was a letdown. We waited quite a while at the airport, and the buses were not well-marked, leading to unnecessary confusion during our arrival.

Very close to LAX airport makes it super convenient for quick layovers. they even have a fridge and a nice coffee machine available. The area near the hotel has various dining and car rental options.

The shuttle to LAX was super quick 🚌, which was a blessing. The staff made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. Had breakfast at a nice little restaurant nearby. it hit the spot! Definitely a 10/10 for convenience

We had a solid experience staying here with our two young kids. The hotel is super convenient for hopping around LA. We even took a quick bus tour through Hollywood, making it a fun adventure for the whole family.

My wife says that they could improve the bathroom exhaust fans.

A comfortable stay with clean rooms and a very convenient location near the airport. The staff was friendly and efficiently handled our luggage while we waited for our rental car. However, the shuttle service to the airport was a bit slow, taking over 45 minutes during peak times. The food options were limited and expensive, which was disappointing, but I did appreciate getting to enjoy a barbeque meal during my stay.

I had a great experience with the complimentary airport shuttle running every 20 mins and enjoyed the evening snacks in the Executive Lounge. It was a bit frustrating that I wasn't able to access breakfast there, though. Overall, I would come back!
