The staff at JW Marriott Chicago were incredibly professional and comforting, providing us with exact information and answering all our questions. The location was superb, right next to the financial district, and the hot tub was exactly what we needed after a long trip. The room was huge, practical, and very comfortable. We also loved the unique decor that blended well with the classic bones of the hotel. The pool area, lobby, elevator, and room were all spotlessly clean.

I felt free to seek any assistance at JW Marriott Chicago, as there were no complaints at all.

We got great value for our money at the Jw Marriott in Chicago. The room was comfortable, spacious, and beautifully decorated for the holidays. The location was perfect, close to waterfront parks, the Willis Tower, and the amazing art institute. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. The kids especially loved the pool and hot tub.

The hotel breakfast could have been better with more options and variety.

Great Location: the hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, within walking distance to many attractions. It is only a short walk to the famous Willis Tower and just one block away from the Orange line, which provides a direct and affordable ride to the airport. Spacious Rooms: the rooms at this hotel are surprisingly large for a city hotel. I especially loved having a room with a bath tub, which was the largest I have ever seen in a hotel room. It was such a luxurious and relaxing experience.

Noise Issues: Unfortunately, there were some noise issues during my stay. I had a neighbor playing loud music for hours, and it took multiple complaints to the front desk to finally get the volume down.

Outstanding property and rooms, clean and welcoming. First-rate gym and spa. Excellent food at the restaurant, generous portions. Friendly and helpful staff. Well-situated for attractions. Will come back.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with a well-maintained room and bathroom that had a separate tub and shower. The staff were helpful. Room service was friendly. Toothpaste was brought promptly. The bed was comfy and I slept well. The room was big and the bathroom was nice. The shower facilities were great, with luxurious shampoo and body wash. The spa area was lovely. Great recommendations from the concierge.

The lobby is stunning and the staff is friendly. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and aesthetically pleasing. The pool and hot tub are great, and there is even free fruit in the fitness room. We were also impressed with the excellent service provided by Olivia at the check-in desk and Joe who helped with our bags. The hotel location is convenient and near major points of interest. it was a beautiful experience from start to finish.

This hotel is located in the bustling heart of downtown, close to most attractions, and within walking distance to just about everything including the Sears Tower. The wait help at the Florentine restaurant impressed me greatly, and the hotel offers a great location with stunning views.

One negative aspect is that the hotel seems to be understaffed, leading to long wait times for check-in and service, as seen in some of the reviews.

The gym was well equipped and I appreciated the hotel holding our bags so we could sightsee before check-in. The location made getting around Chicago easy.
