The location of the hotel was convenient for my business trip, with easy access to major highways and close proximity to the city center. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service throughout my stay. the room was clean and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

The resort fees were too expensive, and the taxes added on top of that made it even more costly. the service provided by the staff was average at best, considering the strong expectation for tips.

Amazing pool area with plenty of space to relax, swim, and enjoy the sunshine. The staff surprised us with a lovely welcome amenity for our anniversary. The restaurants on-site offered delicious and varied dining options. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great amenities and leisure activities, including miniature golf and basketball, provided for a fun family vacation. The room was exceptional, offering beautiful views. Friendly and accommodating staff made our stay a pleasant one. Delicious meals with noteworthy quality were served in the on-spot restaurants. Room service personnel were helpful and nice.

The resort offers a wide range of facilities and amenities, including restaurants, a Starbucks, excellent fitness facilities, a golf course, and activities for children. The spacious and clean rooms, along with the nice breakfast buffet, made for a comfortable stay. The location is also convenient, with easy access to Palm Desert and nearby shops.

My recent stay at a Palm Desert resort was incredible. The tennis program was outstanding, and the poolside drinks were excellent. The customer service throughout the resort was wonderful, and despite its size, it was easy to navigate. The beautiful and well-designed facility even had a unique water feature in the lobby, where I had the pleasure of meeting flamingos. An unforgettable experience that I can't wait to repeat!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location in the Jasmine area was perfect for us, as we wanted a quiet room away from noise. Additionally, the hotel provided convenient transportation options to nearby attractions like the Joshua Tree National Park. We were also impressed with the pool, which was heated to a beautiful temperature even in February, allowing us to enjoy it until sunset. The breakfast was excellent with fresh produce and fluffy pancakes. Lastly, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel has a beautiful location and the room was nice and comfortable. The pools were heated and refreshing. The fitness center and mini golf were also added plusses. I had a small issue with noise from the next room but overall it was an enjoyable stay. I recommend staying at this hotel.

The staff is passionate and helpful, upgrading our room. Free car park, big beautiful lobby. Room is clean, spacious with a nice balcony. Great swimming pool and free boat ride. Recommend staying at least 3 nights to enjoy facilities and nearby outlet.

The food at the resort was absolutely incredible, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The service was also top-notch, with attentive staff members who went above and beyond to ensure a fabulous dining experience. Additionally, the location of the resort was fantastic, providing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

One downside of the resort was the noise pollution in the atrium area, which could be heard in the rooms and disrupted the relaxation experience. Another issue was the lack of family-friendly amenities, such as an additional pool, which made it a bit crowded and less relaxing for families with small children.

Had a fantastic Christmas getaway at this hotel! the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities. the food at the on-site restaurants was absolutely delicious, and we enjoyed every meal we had.

One downside was the crowded pool area at the spa, which made it difficult to find a spot to relax. Additionally, the service at the pool was subpar, with slow and inattentive waitstaff.

The resort had beautiful grounds and a stunning lobby and lounge area. the buffet-style breakfast at the Rockwood Grill was delicious and the service by the waitstaff was excellent. the resort had multiple pools, including a warm kiddy pool, and the views of the manicured property and the surrounding golf courses were breathtaking.

The rooms were quite dated and in need of updating. the bed in my room was uncomfortable and I had trouble sleeping on it.

The breakfast benefit for elite members turned out to be deceiving and ended up costing a significant amount of money. the advertised free breakfast was actually an upgrade cost, adding up to a hefty bill for a family of four.

This hotel is definitely worth your money! the location is perfect - very close to the aerial tram in Palm Springs and situated in the mountains, giving you breathtaking views of the desert during winter. Secondly, the staff is attentive and provides great service, ensuring that your stay will be a comfortable one. Thirdly, the rooms are clean and come with basic amenities, with some offering a nice view over the golf course. Lastly, the breakfast at Rockwood grill is included and simply delicious.
