The hotel had beautiful grounds with lots of activities for families. The restaurant and lobby were lovely, perfect for enjoying a cocktail and relaxing. The rooms were comfortable with large cosy beds and everything was very clean. The friendly staff provided excellent service. The hotel had a convenient location, close to Monterey and next to a golf course. There was live jazz on Friday nights in the bar lounge, which added to the enjoyable atmosphere. this hotel was a great option for a comfy 1-2 night stay, especially for families and golfers.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The garden games and fire pit were perfect for relaxing, and the restaurant served delicious food. The location, right off the highway, was safe and quiet. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony after a minor issue with our first room, which was greatly appreciated. The newly renovated rooms were modern and comfortable, and the hotel offered amenities like pools and tennis courts. The friendly staff made our stay amazing, and the hotel is conveniently located near many attractions.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our activities in the area. It was conveniently just off the freeway exit and right beside the Golf Course, offering beautiful views. The staff provided excellent service and attention to detail. The rooms, especially those on the upper floors, were clean and well-maintained with comfortable amenities, including a lovely patio. The breakfast included in our rate was a great value and we enjoyed starting our day with a delicious meal at the onsite Starbucks.

All aspects of our stay at this hotel were enjoyable.

My family had a perfect stay at Hyatt Regency. The amenities were ideal for families, with a large pool, hot tub, and games on the patio. We loved making s’mores by the fire pit and the convenience of a microwave in the lobby. The market had a good selection of family-type food, although a bit pricey. The hotel room was comfortable and clean, and the activities for kids were amazing. The staff, especially Shara at check-in and Diane the concierge, provided excellent customer service. The sports bar, Knuckles, was a highlight with free popcorn and a great selection of beer. the Hyatt Regency exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be returning!

We stayed at Hyatt Regency for 3 nights during a family trip to explore the beautiful coast. The friendly staff made our check-in experience pleasant, and the s'mores kit for the kids was a hit! The hotel grounds are stunning, and we loved spending evenings by the fire pit. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore Monterey Wharf, Carmel, 17 mile drive, and Big Sur. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, especially the juicing machine for the kids. We also enjoyed the pool and games for the children.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The exceptional staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. From accommodating my request for a room near an elevator due to my knee replacement, to arranging a private room for me to teach a midnight course, the staff truly understood my needs. The cleaning people were also attentive, ensuring I had all the amenities I needed. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the golf course and nearby attractions like Fishermans Wharf and downtown. The breakfast, whether through room service or in the restaurant, was delicious, with the eggs benedict being the best I've had in a long time.
