I had a fantastic stay here. The location is great as it's not in the busy city center but still close enough to reach it in just 10-15 minutes by tram. The staff were very accommodating and the room service was always prompt and efficient. The amenities in the room were fantastic, including the mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities. The terrace also had great garden furniture which was perfect for relaxing outside during the day.

The hotel is well-situated for public transportation, with convenient access to An der Dammheide stop. The view of the river in mid-October is a sight to behold. The location in the center of the city is a plus, though it's not too far from the suburbs. The room and bathroom are both clean and spacious, with comfortable bedding. The breakfast is varied and offers healthy and quality ingredients.

One minor drawback is the inconsistent charging policy that can leave some guests feeling overcharged compared to others.

The Christmas experience was great! We received complementary hot chocolate and cookies upon arrival which was a nice touch. the hotel was conveniently located near several Christmas markets and public transportation was easily accessible. the breakfast buffet was also very good and had a variety of options to choose from.

Our room had a strong cigarette smell which was quite unpleasant. parking was not included and came at an additional cost.

We recently stayed at Radisson and had a fantastic experience. the hotel was very clean and the room had a stunning view. We particularly loved the glass design of the room. the spa area was also excellent, and the gym had new equipment. the bed was comfortable and the check-out process was stress-free with a late option. the hotel's proximity to the city was convenient, and we even used the nearby train station for transportation. we highly recommend Radisson for a pleasant stay. the price was also reasonable, which is always a bonus.
